Chapter 19

Alex put her down on the bed. And cover her with the blanket. Alice and Bruno walk in says,

"We go home first alright!!" said Alice.

"I'm sorry I'm always making you guys worry." said Maria .

"Don't worry, you guys take care alright." said Bruno while they walk out of her room. Alex walk into her room with a glass of water and the medicine that he bought on the way home.

"Here have this first!" said Alex. Maria took the medicine and swallows it. After she drank the water she put the water on the table. Alex sat beside Maria and says,

"How you feeling now?"

"What do you think? I can't feel a thing. I did not even know that I cut my own feet. I always troubling people and this stupid water keep flowing out of my eyes automatic this days." Said Maria while she start to wipe her tears away, Alex smile at her and says,

"That a good thing right! At least you can cry!"

"You think!! I have got so use to not be able to cry that it kind of a nuisance. I keep bothering you and the rest. You must have been embarrassed to have me as your maid. Keep taking care of me and keep worrying. Other employer had already fire me."

"Do you want me to fire you?" said Alex while he take her hand.

"Do you want to fire me?"

"I should!!You kind of expensive for a maid but.." Alex look at her hand, Maria look at her hand and look up at him. Maria pulls her hand back and says,

"Boss I going to say something crazy and I hope it's not true. Do you by any chance like um...fall for me?" Maria looks at him and prays that he did not fall for her.

"I did...Badly!!! Out of everyone in the world I fall for my maid you!!!" said Alex with full on confident. Maria was speechless; she did not know what to say.

"I know that you can't feel anything right now and I don't expect you too. But just don't go away from me for now and whatever we have now I don't want to lose it." said Alex again.

"I understand and I'm sorry that I can't give any answer about my feeling. You better get some rest. You need to work tomorrow." said Maria again. Alex nod his head, as he stood up he wanted to kiss her cheek when suddenly Maria move her head up and Alex accidentally kiss her lip. Maria was stun when Alex kisses her lip, while Alex quickly moves backward and looks her.

"I'm sorry.. I.. wanted... I..I better go!!" said Alex while he went out of the room while closing the door. Maria cover her mouth with her hand, she could not believe that just happen. She lay down and cover herself. She could feel her heart was beating very fast. She felt happy, embarrass and felt love all at the same time. She has not felt that feeling in years; tears start to fall out from her eyes.

"I like him. Why the hell I have to like him!!!!" said Maria to herself while she curls herself up into a ball.
