The girls and I got ready for the dance while Jaxon got ready in his room and Liam and Jacob were meeting us at my house. Once everyone was ready, we headed to the dance. The dance was in full swing when we arrived, so we all headed to the dance floor.
Jaxon spun me around and pulled me to him as he held me close to him. We swayed back and forth and it felt like it was just the two of us in the room. I couldn't believe it. A little under two months ago I couldn't even stand him and here I was dancing in his arms. What this boy does to me, is something else.
He looked at me, "Sasha I want you to promise me something."
I looked at him as he continued, "No matter what happens in the future, you will always remember that I love you."
"Jaxon? What's going on?" I asked a bit confused.
"I never planned on falling in love with you, but we don't choose who we fall in love with, our heart does."
"Jaxon, you're scaring me," I said with concerned.
"Promise me, no matter what, you will know that I love you."
"I promise," I said reassuring him. He pulled me close and I couldn't help wonder if he was planning on leaving me. I know we haven't been together that long, but he's right, we don't choose who we love, our hearts do.
Eventually, we headed to get something to drink and he went to the restroom. As I grabbed a drink, someone walked up behind me. I turned around to see Gio standing behind me. I tried to excuse myself but he wouldn't let me pass. I glared at him, "Will you please get out of my way?!"
"Oh, I don't think so sweetheart," he said grabbing my arm.
"What are you doing?! Let go of me," I screamed as I struggled to get out his grasp and he wrapped his arm around me and placed his other hand over my mouth.
"Shut the hell up!"
"Mmmh," I mumbled with his hand over my mouth.
As he tried to drag me out of there, I decided to put to use what dad taught me and I bit his hand hard. He yanked his hand away, "You stupid bitch! You're going to pay for that!"
Before I had a chance to do anything else, he pulled a gun from underneath his coat and placed to my head, "Now are you going to be quiet or am I going to splatter your brains all over this floor?"
I kept quiet.
"Good girl, now you're coming with me," he said as he dragged me from the dance.
Now I had two options. Let him take me quietly and he'll probably kill me or fight and he'll still kill me. Eh, what the hell, I'm going to fight. If I'm going to die, I'm not going to go down without a fight.
I started squirming, moving my arms and legs.
"Stop moving!"
I continued moving as he tried to tighten his grip, but I became a wiggle worm, to the point he couldn't hold the gun and I as well. He tried to reposition himself, but I kept moving around making him angry.
While I dealt with Gio, Jaxon return from the restroom to the others, "Where's Sasha?"
"We thought she went looking for you," Bree said.
Then they heard a scream and all turned to see Gio and me. Jaxon looked at the guys and said something to them as they nodded as they all split up.
Jacob made his way in front of us as Gio turned his gun on him firing it, causing Jacob to dive out of the way. This caused people to stop. Liam tapped him on the shoulder and Gio turned to fire again, but Liam dove out of the way. This started a widespread panic on the dance making people scream and run.
