I walked into school heading to my locker to see everyone already there. The guys were goofing off and the girls were talking. I opened my locker, getting my books out. I closed my locker door and looked at all of them.
"When did my locker becoming the meeting ground?" I asked.
Jaxon put his arm around my shoulders, "Since we called a truce to remember?"
I pushed his arm off of me, "Yes a truce, but we're not at that point yet."
"Yeah, sure," he said, putting his hands up in defense smiling. I laughed and rolled my eyes.
As we all talked some guy bumped into Jaxon, "Hey, watch it!"
The guy shot him a glare, "Maybe you shouldn't stand in the middle of the hallway, asshole." He turned and continued walking.
I stared at him as he walked away, "Who is that?"
"The new guy Drew," Bree said to me.
"He's kind of a dick," said Liam.
"I don't know. He's kind of hot if you ask me,"
Talia said checking him out."Well, no one asked you," Jacob shot back.
"Ooh someone's jealous," Bree giggled.
"Jealous, psh, yeah right," Jacob said rolling his eyes.
"We got to get to class. We'll catch you, girls, later," Jaxon said, dragging the guys with him. I waved too Jaxon and the guys and headed to class with the girls.
We sat in class when the new guy came inside and sat down. All through class, I caught him staring at me. What is the deal with this guy? The next time I caught him staring, I flipped him off with him turning around with a 'psh' sound.
What is with these guys?
Later on, I decided to follow the new guy to see what his deal was and why the hell he kept staring at me. I tried to be a stealth ninja, but he kept losing me every time I looked. As I headed down the hall, trying to find him, I felt someone grab my wrist and pull me around the corner.
He pushed me up against the wall and put his finger up to his lips to quiet me from saying anything. Then I heard voices, then he leaned and whispered in my ear as I nodded.
"Shit, I think this spot is taken sweetheart," the guy said.
"Well, I'm sure we can find another private spot, Gio," she cooed.
"I like the way you think sweetheart," he said as they turned around and walked the other way.
Once they were gone, he stepped back and looked around the corner. Then he walked back to me.
"Now can you tell me why you're following me," Drew asked with his hands on his hips.
"How about you tell me why you keep constantly staring at me," I countered his question with my own.
He let out a deep breath, "Manny sent me."
I looked at him and walked up to him. I knew he looked familiar. I met him before.
