Harold, Sik, and Gordon were on board of the ship. "Sik. Any scans of him anywhere?" Asked Harold. "None since the last scan." Said Sik. "Try again in a few minutes." Said Harold. "Will do." Said Sik.
Aaron was shimmying up the tunnel when he heard yelling. "Tot! Where did our guest of honor go to?" Asked Tut. "Sir, he is in the bathroom. Has a very bad stomach ache." Said Tot. "Well the ceremony starts in five minutes. Get him out here in the next two." Said Tut slamming the door. Tot looked up the tunnel and started to climb. "Did you hear that?" Asked Tot. "Yes I did. We need to go." Said Aaron climbing faster.
"Harold, I am getting readings of Aaron. His body signature is popping up near the temple." Said Sik. "Then lets go get him." Said Harold. "I'll be back." Said Sik flying off the deck and into the jungle.
Aaron and Tot shimmied out of the tunnel and sat down on the dirt. "Wow, that was hard work." Said Aaron. "Tell me about it." Said Tot laughing. "What's that in your hand?" Asked Aaron. "It was in your bag." Said Tot showing Aaron a grenade. "Give that to me." Said Aaron. "What is it?" Asked Tot. "A thermal imploding grenade. Can destroy a huge section of land." Said Aaron. "How does it work?" Asked Tot. "Do not pull that pin." Said Aaron.
Tot pulled the pin and Aaron snatched the grenade. He tossed it down the tunnel and they heard it clang into the stove. They heard someone cuss and then a loud explosion and screams. A funnel of heat erupted out of the tunnel. "Well. That's that." Said Aaron. "That is that." Said Tot.
"Sir, there was a loud thermal implosion. Right beneath Aaron." Said Sik. "Go check." Said Harold Sik landed next to Aaron and Tot. "Who is that?" Asked Sik. "Hello Sik, this is Tot." Said Aaron. "Hello Tot." Said Sik. The ground shifted and a chunk fell into the little city below.
"What's going on Sik?" Asked Gordon looking at a map of the crumbling island. "I might've dropped a thermal grenade into a hole where a small city is located. The whole island is unstable." Said Aaron. "I can't carry you both out of here. Aaron, I'll take Tot. You follow behind." Said Sik. "Good idea." Said Aaron as Sik grabbed Tot and flew off.
Aaron ran across the crumbling ground. "Aaron, you okay?" Asked Harold over the comms. "Yes I'm fine. Just running for my life." Said Aaron. A spear stuck itself in a tree right next to Aaron's head. "The natives don't like what we did." Said Aaron running faster. He heard screams behind him and saw natives fall into the ground. Aaron hit the beach and stumbled face first into the sand.
He looked up and spat sand out of his mouth. He heard a loud crash and a tree collapsed next to him. He rolled to the side and a spear landed next to his head. A native jumped out of a tree and Aaron rolled to the side. The next spear snapped as it slammed into the sand. Aaron stood up and the man punched him in the gut. Aaron fell to his knees. He went to go stand up when the man kicked him in the jaw. He fell onto his back and tried to get up. The man ran towards him and was about to stab him with a knife. Aaron grabbed a tree branch and deflected the blade.
The knife flew out of the man's hand and into the sand. Aaron got up and swung the branch at the man which it slammed into his shoulder, knocking him into the sand, unconscious. Aaron brushed himself off and stood up.
He started to run towards the boat. He felt the ground shake and a chunk of the beach lifted into the sky with him on it. He ran towards the edge of the land and jumped into the air. The ocean was below him and all of a sudden Sik caught his arm. They flew to the boat and Aaron rolled onto the deck.
"You okay?" Asked Harold leaning over Aaron. Aaron started laughing and reached into his bag. He pulled out the second piece and showed it to Harold. They started to laugh and Gordon joined in. Tot ran over and helped Aaron up, Sik grabbed the first piece and handed it to Aaron. Aaron stuck the two pieces together and a green aurora surrounded him.
"What is going on?" Asked Aaron as the half of the key glowed green and then started to get warmer in his hand. He set it on a table and then the key started to spin. "I have no idea." Said Harold. "It could be telling us where to go." Said Gordon. "True." Said Sik. The key stopped spinning and was pointing to space. "Anise, follow the key." Said Gordon as they walked down into the belly of the ship. They felt the thrusters engage and the boat lift out of the water. "Hold on." Said Gordon and the ship flew into space.
They were sitting in the galley when Anise spoke. "Captain, we have reached the destination." Said Anise. "Yes of course, Where are we?" Asked Gordon. "Look out the window." Said Anise. Gordon and Harold looked out the window and saw a planet come into view. "Mars?" Asked Harold. "Yes, Mars, or The Big Red Planet." Said Aaron.
"There are G.F members in the space gate checking everyone who enters." Said Anise. "Shoot, we'll have to hijack a ship and Sik, Anise, and Gordon stay with this ship while we go to the planet." Said Harold. "Why do I have to stay?" Asked Gordon. "You are wanted by the Galactic Force and if you are caught you are killed." Said Harold. "Fair point." Said Gordon.
"You'll need backup." Said Gordon. "And?" Asked Harold. "Take Anise, Sik and I will stay with the ship and modify her." Said Gordon.
