"I hate this." Said Harold looking at Gordon. "Hate what? The life of adventure?" Asked Gordon. "No, I deal with so many gosh darn keys." Said Harold. "How?" Asked Aaron. "Look in the book about the world ending and all that, It's true, all of it." Said Harold. "How so?" Asked Aaron. "The Keys of Kang is true. That's why it's Kang Island. The Key to Atlantis is real." Said Harold.
"Why didn't you tell me any of this?" Asked Aaron. "I didn't want you to freak out, to know that you were reborn." Said Harold. "Reborn?" Asked Aaron. "Yes, you died. You died at the house. When the flood waters hit Santa Monica." Said Harold.
"Wow, that hurts." Said Aaron. "I know." Said Harold. "So I should be dead?" Asked Aaron. "No you shouldn't." Said Harold. "Why? I died, so I should be dead?" Asked Aaron. "You shouldn't have died." Said Harold. "I am dead." Said Aaron. "No you're very much alive. Follow me." Said Harold walking out of the room. Aaron followed Harold into a room full of equipment. "What is this place?" Asked Aaron. "The timeline room." Said Harold. "What does that mean?" Asked Aaron. "Means, you can look at anything, the past, the future, the present." Said Harold. "Like?" Asked Aaron.
"Anything. You want to see your past death. Then do so." Said Harold. "I don't want to see myself dying." Said Aaron. "Then okay, don't." Said Harold.
"Dinner is in five minutes." Said Gordon over the speaker. "Thank you." Said Harold. "We should go." Said Aaron. "Agreed." Said Harold as they walked towards the galley.
"Where are we now?" Asked Aaron as they sat down to eat. "We are on planet EX-89534." Said Gordon. "Why are we here?" Asked Harold. "They have the best produce." Said Gordon. "Do you know who took you?" Asked Aaron. Gordon looked at Harold then at Aaron. "What do you mean?" Asked Gordon. "The night Harold and you went to a field and you were taken." Said Aaron. "Oh that, yes I do know them. They were corrupt Galactic Force members. This was their ship. I took over and they died off." Said Gordon. "Wow." Said Aaron.
"I think this is enough. Gordon, what in the world have you been doing?" Asked Harold. "Taking in bad guys. Now going to go save the world with you and your time travelling device." Said Gordon. "A ship this size can't use it." Said Harold. "Exactly why you are going to retro fit it to the ship. You were going to do it for a plane." Said Gordon. "Fine. Do you have the list?" Asked Harold. "I got those pieces years ago." Said Gordon. "Good." Said Harold.
"Where's Sik?" Asked Gordon. "How do you know about Sik?" Asked Harold. "The newspapers in the library. Talking about how Professor Moore created a significant AI system that is so human like it could pass as one." Said Gordon. "He was killed in the battle, by an enemy officer." Said Harold.
Gordon stood up. "Anise, show us video feed of after the war, on the coast of the Sky River." Said Gordon. "Right away." Said Anise. A screen popped up and a video played.
There was Sik laying in the sand the same way Harold and Aaron left him. They heard a loud whir as Sik stood up and walked towards the camera. There was a loud twang as an EMP shock wave emitted and Sik stumbled back. Three men ran over and shackled Sik and tossed him in a small ship. The small ship took off into space.
"Who took him?" Asked Aaron. "He's in the med-bay, Anise is repairing him as best as possible." Said Gordon. Harold stood up and ran to the med-bay. "Sik?" Asked Harold. "Good afternoon sir." Said Sik. "I thought you died!" Exclaimed Aaron. "Oh by no means. I was simply knocked unconscious." Said Sik. "How so?" Asked Harold. "The bullet that went into my head only knocked a few wires out of place and those few wires seemed to send me into a rest mode and I'm guessing the loud whir from those men was sending a signal to wake me up." Said Sik. "I'm sorry we left you." Said Harold. "I totally understand why." Said Sik.
"Thank you Anise. I feel a lot better now." Said Sik. "You're welcome Sik." Said Anise and Sik stood up. "What AI system is Anise?" Asked Harold. "I checked and she's from the model line S-45." Said Sik. "So her name is?" Asked Harold. "Anise." Said Sik. "No, I mean factory number." Said Harold. "Oh, S-45-39567." Said Sik. "So she's model 45. But the 39567th one made." Said Harold. "Precisely." Said Sik.
"Anise. Can you come help Sik repair the left landing gear." Said Gordon. "Of course." Said Anise as a panel slid open and a being walked out. "Hello, I am Anise." Said Anise shaking Harold's hand. "Hello Anise. Nice to actually meet you." Said Harold. "Good to meet you too." Said Anise smiling.
"Sik, I'll show you to the landing gear. "Oh no need, I'm in the system and have found the fastest route there." Said Sik. "How is that possible?" Asked Gordon. "The original Sik can hack into every other models software and systems. Only so if one goes rouge he can shut it down." Said Harold. "Good idea." Said Gordon. "I don't sense another device in the system." Said Anise. "Exactly. He is a ghost as you could say." Said Harold. "Very smart for a 21st century man." Said Gordon.
Sik and Anise left to the landing gear. "What happened to the landing gear?" Asked Harold. "I hit something on the way to Sky City." Said Gordon. "Ah." Said Harold. "Where's Aaron?" Asked Gordon. "Aaron is in his room." Said Anise. "Okay, thanks." Said Harold walking towards Aaron's room.
"I want to know what is going on back on Kang Island." Said Aaron. "Easy. Just read newspapers." Said Harold. "They are outdated." Said Aaron. "Suit yourself." Said Harold sitting down.
"Captain, we have a problem." Said Anise over the intercom.
