Chapter One

Me,my boyfriend Daniel,my little sister Jennifer,and her best friend Jeremy are sitting on the couch watching a movie.

My sister suddenly pounces into my lap.

I laugh and wrap my arms around her.

Daniel smiles at me and leans in and kisses me.

I pull back after a second and smile.

"Yall are so mushy."says Jeremy wrinkiling his nose up.

I laugh.

 "Says the boy who loves hugging my sister more than anything in the world." I said.

"We're best friends." said Jeremy.

"I know. I honestly think it's cute.But if you hurt her I will knock your teeth out." I said.

His eyes got huge. Jennifer stood up and stood in front of me with her arms across her chest.

"Sis will you please not scare Jeremy Ilike  being around him and I don't want him to stop being around me because of you." says Jennifer.

"You know I love you." I said to Jeremy pulling him into a sideways hug.

It was amazing how my boyfriend was like a brother to her and her best friend was like a brother to me. He rolled his eyes and pushed away from me.

"See I told you, you're so mushy." he said.

"We all know that the only one that can get away with hugging you is Jennifer. " I said.

"Just shut up Sade." he said. "

Him and my boyfriend were the only ones outside the family that can call me that.

I laughed.

"I'm gonna go make some more popcorn. Since we finished the popcorn we had about an hour ago." I said and stood up and headed to the kitchen.

"I'll get us all some drinks." said Daniel and he got up and followed me into the kitchen.

"Keep an eye on them babe." I said to Daniel with a smile and kissed him on the cheek and blocked the entrance to the kitchen.

"We don't need a babysitter." Jennifer and Jeremy chorused.

I shook my head and laughed and then headed into the kitchen while Daniel went and sat on the couch.

I came back three minutes later with a big bowl full of popcorn.

Jeremy and my Jennifer were now sitting side my side on the floor.

They were both leaning back on their hands. Their hands were almost touching.

"You can hold Jennifer's hand. I mean I'm sure she wouldn't mind." I said sitting dowwn on the couch next to Daniel popping a fist full of popcorn into my mouth.

"Shut up sis!" Jennifer screamed at me.

I figured she would roll her eyes but I didn't expect her to scream at me.

I hated when she did that and she knew it.

"I'm sorry Jen. I didn't mean to make you mad or to upset you. I was just teasing.

She closed her eyes for a second.

She then reopened them and sighed. "I know." she said.

I got up from the couch and went and gave Jennifer a hug.
