Chapter Thirty Five

Thirty minutes into the movie there was a knock on the door.

"I got it." said Jennifer and she jumped up and ran to the door.

I paused the movie and listened.

Yeah I'm nosy.

"Hey baby." I heard Jennifer say.

"Hey babe I accidentally took yall's camera home so I am returning it. I put a few of the pictures on my computer. I hope you don't mind but I like having pictures of you." said Jeremy.

I got up and walked to the door.

"Hey Jeremy." I said.

He looked uneasy.

I could see Jennifer staring at me out of the corner of her eyes.

"Are you okay?" I asked Jeremy.

Jeremy nodded.

"Just returning the camera I accidentally took." he said.

I took it from his hands.

"Thank you." I said.

Jeremy nodded.

"Can I tell him bye in peace?" Jennifer asked me.

"Oh...right." I said and I turned around and walked back to the couch turning the camera on and flipped through the pictures.

Then I came across a video of my afternoon some of the video had just me and Chandler and some had Jennifer and Lily in it.

I walked back to the door.

Jennifer and Chandler must have stepped outside.

I opened the door and stepped outside.

jeremy turned around and looked scared.

"Do either of you know who recorded this?" I asked them and showed them the video.

Jennifer raised her hand it the air.

"I promise you I didn't." she said.

"Jeremy?" I asked him.

Jeremy figited.

"Jeremy who recoreded this?" Jennifer asked him.

Jeremy hung his head and looked down.

"Answer me!" Jennifer exclaimed.

Jeremy finally raised his head but wouldn't look at me or Jennifer.

"I did. Daniel paid me to record you hanging out with Chandler." said Jeremy and he finally looked at me.

"What?" I scream whisprerd so Chandler and Lily wouldn't hear me.

"Daniel paid me to record you hanging out with Chandler and to give it to him and he paid me extra to do it without giving me an explanation." said Jeremy dragging his feet around on the grass.

"Did you already give him the video?" I asked forcing my voice to be calm.

Jeremy nodded.

"He has all the pictures and videos on that camera." said Jeremy.

"I can't believe you did that." said Jennifer.

"Why would you need money? You're ten." I said to Jeremy.

"Well I have a girlfriend now. So now i have some money to spend on her." said Jeremy.

"I don't know about that." said Jennifer.

Jeremy turned to her with a confused expression on his face.

"Huh?" he asked her.

"I don't know if you have a girlfriend right now or not." said Jennifer.

"I doubt he will do anything too bad. He will probably just show his parents and say a few mean things about you. You shouldn't worry about him." said Jeremy.

I laughed.

"That sounds about right." I said.

Jennifer looked at me questionally.

"Like Jeremy said he will probably just show his family. I will be fine." I said.

I then turned around and went inside to let Jennifer and Jeremy talk.

Just I was inside and shut the door my phone dinged.

I pulled my phone out of my pocket and looked at it.

I was tagged on something on facebook.
