"Empty" Poem
The words are full and yet it's empty
The day has been gray
The night has been gloomy
And the road is shady
While the heart is getting murky
I'm looking at the moon
While singing on my own
The music is loud yet it's still empty
My voice is cold and it's getting misty
It's getting sadder, longing for its symphony
Mirror always shows my verity
While the reflection is fake and dry
I want to hold on, don't want to let go
Why the heart does say "no"
And the brainy brain says "fool".
The clock is still ticking
I feel like something is missing
Because of this longing
The air becomes heavy
And still, I'm not full but empty.
