CHAPTER 7.
;LUXU'S POV
When I felt that she's already sleeping, I smiled softly. Since meeting this little lady, I know that I've changed. I don't hate it but I'm scared.
Falling in love with someone while I'm still being punished is a crime for those gods. I wish I won't fall for her. I don't want her to be punished by those heartless gods.
I can't believe it, being with her, I feel so at peace. I looked at her beautiful face while she's sleeping. She's undeniably beautiful.
"Hindi mo ba alam na masamang titigan ang mga taong tulog na?" I looked at that bastard and he's smirking at me.
"What are you doing here, Soul Collector?" I asked him, whispering. He smirked more at me. I wish that this bastard will be having his own medicine.
"Naunahan mo na ako, huh? Nakakainis naman." He said then he sits on the chair. I can feel that he has his own problem right now.
"Just speak if you want to tell me something." I said. He looked so stress right now. I know that his facing something so difficult.
"'Yung grim reaper na si Kimmy?" I know that girl. The one who's always angry. "What about her?" I asked.
"She's the girl that I fell in love with before. The reason why I can't move on." The one that he fell in love with?
"Soul Collectors are the people who can't move on from their past lives, right?" He nodded at me.
"So, the reason why you became one is because of her? Did she remember you?" He shook his head sideways.
"Gusto ko siyang makita lagi. Kaya ginagawa ko ang lahat para lang makita siya." He looks so sad, right now.
"Then why don't you see her now? I mean, why don't you go to her?" I asked then he sighed.
"I wish I can, Luxu. I just wish that I can but I can't. Alam mo 'yung patakaran ng mga diyos. Hindi sila papayag." He answered.
Yeah, he's right about that. No one deserves a happy ending in our lives. If the gods are miserable, that means we also will be miserable.
"What's your plan now?" I asked again. "I don't know. Tititigan ko na lang siya mula sa malayo kahit na mahirap." He said then stood up.
"Is it really that hard to unlove someone?" I asked. I don't know why but I want to know the answer.
"Sobra. Mas lalo na kung mahal na mahal mo siya. 'Yung tipong, siya ang buhay mo, siya ang rason kung bakit ka nalaban at siya din ang rason kung bakit gusto mo pang mabuhay para lang makasama siya." He asnwered then he went on his way.
He looked so hurt. I looked at the little lady's way and sighed. I don't want to feel that pain too. I'm too scared.
"Please, don't make me fall in love with you even more." I whispered then kissed her on her forehead.
~ NEXT DAY ~
SOPHIA'S POV
Nagising ako nang naramdaman kong may humihinga mula sa tabi ko. Napatingin ako sa direksyon niya at agad akong napalayo mula sa kaniya.
"W-what?" Inaantok niyang tanong at napaupo siya sa kama. Bakit magkatabi kaming dalawa? Napatingin ako sa sarili ko dahil baka may ginawa siyang hindi dapat kagabi.
"I didn't do anything to you. I just slept with you." Sabi niya at tumayo na mula sa kama. Tumayo na rin ako at pumasok sa banyo para mag-ayos dahil may klase pa ko ngayon.

Naglalakad kaming dalawa ngayon papasok ng school at nakita kong balisa siya. Ano kaya nangyari sa isang 'to?
"May problema ba, Luxu?" Takang tanong ko at umiling siya. Pero ramdam kong may problema siya eh.
Hayaan ko na lang kaya muna siya? Kasi baka hindi pa siya handang magsabi sa'kin eh. Hintayin ko na lang siyang maging handa.
"Tungkol nga pala sa misyon mo, umpisahan na natin ngayon para matapos ka na agad." Sabi ko at tumango siya.
"Have any ideas about that, little lady?" Tanong niya sa'kin. "Bakit kaya hindi natin subukan sa mga lugar na may nangyaring trahedya?" Suhestyon ko.
"Like, haunted and abandoned places?" Tumango ako. "Pwede din namang sementeryo at morge." Sabi ko pa sa kaniya.
"We'll need help from the others for that." Sabi niya. Kanino kaya siya hihingi ng tutulong?
"You'll meet them later after class." Sabi niya naman na para bang nababasa niya ang nasa isip ko.
"Okay." 'Yun na kang ang sinabi ko at hindi na siya kinulit pa. Naglakad na lang ulit kaming dalawa papasok ng school.
