After The Storm (chapter 26)

Chapter 26

Anna's POV

Elsa and I say goodbye to Kristoff, and walk back inside. I start to feel that chest pain again, I thought it went away. Apparently, I let out a gasp because Elsa turned around to face me with a worried expression.

"Is everything ok...?" She asks and I nod. she turns back around and we walk to the stair case. Actually, I'm not ok. One, I have ice in my heart. Two, I have fire magic which sometimes I can't control at all. Three, I have random chest pains. And four, Hans is out to kill me and my sister.

Once we get to the stair case, we walk up quickly, but quietly. It was early in the day, it was almost lunch time but I wanted time to think about everything that has happened in these past days. When we get to the top of the stairs, we walk down the hallway, and I walk to my room.

"Can I come in with you?" Elsa asks.

"Yes." I say and she comes through the door.

She closes the door behind her, and we both sit on the edge of the bed.

"Are you sure everything is ok?" she asks again.

"Yeah, I'm fine." I say looking down.

"I know your not though, if you need to talk about something, you can talk to me, I'm your sister after all." she gives me a light smile and I smile back at her.

I turn towards her and start to talk.

"Well, I'm just really confused right now... I'm not acting like myself and that bothers me, because I like to be happy but there is just so much going on right now." I pause and she nods motioning me to go on. "anyways, I'm scared. I'm scared because I have ice in my heart, I have these crazy fire powers, My chest always has these random pains, and.... Hans is out to kill us..." I say looking straight at her and she nods.

"It will be ok! we have a plan." Elsa says and I widen my eyes as if for her to tell me.

" Ok, well first I need to ask you a question." She says with a little smirk.

"What?" I ask.

"Do you love Kristoff?" she asks.

I freeze, caught off guard, then I start to talk.

"I...... Do..." I said looking down " but he will probably never love me back so what's the point..." I say still looking down.Elsa lifts my chin up.

"You really are clueless aren't you." she says with a laugh.

"What?" I say confused.

"Anna! Kristoff loves you! he told me!" she says with a bright smile.

I look up at her and smile really big.

"Really?!" I say excitedly.

"Yes!" she says. "ok well anyway, the plan is that you and Kristoff go on a date or whatever and there's your act of true love right there!" she says. I smile to myself, and then look back at her.

So this is what love feels like....
