Chapter 35

Elsa's POV

When I wake up, I'm in a small white bed. I stand up, and there is a huge bandage on my chest. I touch it, and I yelp, quietly so no one can hear me.

What happened?

Then I remembered. I was trying to save Anna, then I got shot, I'm guessing. But the real question is who shot me?

I hear footsteps coming from the hallway, to my door.

They open the door, and I look up at him. It's Hans.

"Who shot me? and How did you get out of the ice trap?" I ask.

"Who do you think shot you?" he smirked, and I scowl. "I'm surprised you survived." he smirks even larger, and that makes me even more angry. Then I remembered, Anna.

"Where is my sister?!" I yell, and he walks over to the other side of the room, and points to the wall.

"She is in the room beside you, suffering as well." he says. Now I'm mad. I hate him so much.

"Let her go, now." I state, and he looks at me.

"Why would I." he says, opening the door, and leaving the room.

I can't take this anymore, I need Anna. She is the glue that has me together, and she is my only hope, the only thing I hold onto when no one else was there for me.

I go over to the wall Hans pointed to, and throw my hands towards it. that makes the wall icy, and it creates a hole in the wall. I run up to the hole and look in.

When I look in... no one it there.

Then I get a horrible feeling, I can't even say it or think it.

Hans killed Anna.

I drop to my knees, and start to sob. I can't hold it back anymore. I stand up, and look back in the hole, but still, nothing. Then I notice something. One of the walls, has a huge red hole in it.

She must've gotten out! I sigh in relief, that she is still alive. Or is she?

I stick with saying that she is still alive, because I can't bare thinking that Anna, my sister, is dead.

I look down at my chest, and it hurts really really bad. Then suddenly, somebody knocks on the door. When they come in, it isn't who I thought it was.

"Hello, I'm the doctor that works here, Prince Hans said that you are terribly hurt, but he did not tell me why." the man says. Nice move Hans.

"Let me take a look at your chest, and I will tell you what I need to do." he says and I nod.

While the doctor is looking at my bandaged chest, I think about how Anna still has ice in her heart. We need to really get that out of her heart, she only has like, 14 days.

When the doctor is finished, he tells me what is wrong with my chest.

"Well, I was looking at your chest, and it looks like it is damaged, pretty badly." he says, and I gasp in fear.

"Is there a way you can fix it?" I ask with desperation filled in my voice.

"I'm sorry, but I can't." The doctor says. " but I advise that you be careful with what you do, you don't want to damage it more." he says and I nod.

The doctor walks out of the room, and I lay back and wrap my arms around my chest. I close my eyes, and a tear slides down my face.

Will anything get better?
