After The Storm (chapter 37)

Chapter 37

Elsa's POV

As I lay on the small uncomfortable bed, my chest starts to hurt. I manage to keep my anger in, because that's the least that I care about right now.

I turn to lay on my right side, and I close my eyes. I try to fall asleep, but it's no use.

So I just lay there, with my eyes closed, thinking about everything.

Then suddenly, I here footsteps coming from the hallway.

It's probably just Hans...

They get closer, and it sounds like more than one person.

I'm eager to see who it is, but I don't want to get up.

The footsteps stop, and I hear a little bit of talking, but I can't make out the words. I'm pretty sure they are right outside my door.

I stand up, slowly, and walk over to the door. I can see through the little window the door has.

Once I get to the door, I peek out, and see...Anna and Kristoff! A huge smile takes over my face, and I whisper, well sorta like a yell, over to them.

"Anna! Kristoff!" I say, and they look in my direction. They can't seem to find me though.

"I'm in here!" I say and they look through the window, and run towards me.

"Elsa, are you ok?!" Anna says with worry filled in her eyes.

"Yes, I'm fine." I say.

"We have to get you out of here!" Anna says, and I shake my head.

"Anna, I don't want you to get hurt, you have to go." I say, even though I want her to stay.

"Elsa, is don't want you getting hurt! and you already have a bandage around your chest, what happened?" Anna asks.

"I... I was shot." I say looking down, and Anna gasps.

"What?! are you ok?!" she asks and I nod.

"Please Anna, if you don't leave soon, they will find you!" I say to her.

"No, I'm not leaving until we get you out if here." She says.

Then suddenly, more footsteps appear in the distance, and I look at Anna.

"Anna you have to go!" I say.

"No, I'm staying right here!" she says, as the footsteps get closer.

"An...." I was cut off by the loud footsteps coming our way.

Kristoff's eyes widen. "Anna, I think we should go." he says, but Anna stays put.

"Anna! I have a plan! go out of the building, and go to the back, and we can break down the wall!" I say, and she nods.

They start to run down the hallway, but then Anna falls down and doesn't get back up.....
