Chapter 36

Anna's POV

Kristoff and I walk around the mountains and forests, and then we decide to go to the trolls.

Once we get there, They aren't in rock form, like they usually are. We walk closer to them, and they turn around to look at us.

"Hey, guys, where is grand papi?" Kristoff asks.

"He is over there." one of the trolls said. We walk over to him, and he turns to look at us.

"Anna, is there something wrong?" he asks and I nod.

"I'm still having chest pains, and I can't find Elsa at all." I manage to get out without breaking down into tears.

"The chest pains, are from the ice in your heart. If you don't get the ice out in time, to solid ice you will turn. I already told you that, but I'm just making sure you know." he pauses.

"Now, do you want to know where Elsa is?" He asks and I nod eagerly. he nods back and waves his hands in the air, which make a cloud. inside the cloud, I can see Elsa. She is in a room, laying on a small white bed. That's like the one I was in! I look more closely, and she has a huge bandage around her chest, and she is hugging her chest. I look at her face, and she has her eyes closed, and a tear sliding down her face. my eyes travel back to her chest, and I start to tear up.

Kristoff looks at me, and he embraces me into a hug. I dig my head into his chest, and sob. I hate to see Elsa like this, she is the glue that holds me together, and if one of us dies, the glue unsticks, and we will get torn apart. And I don't want that to happen, not today, not ever. She is my sister, and if anything happens to her, I'm going with her.

"It's ok, don't worry, we will find her." Kristoff says, and wraps me tighter. I feel safe in his arms, like I'm secure.

I nod, and pull away from the hug. I thank the troll, and we walk away.

"Do you know where Elsa was in that.... cloud?" Kristoff asks and I nod, tears still in my eyes.

Suddenly, he grabs my shoulders, and lifts my chin up.

"I hate to see you like this, Anna" he says with a serious look on his face. almost like he is sad.

I look up at him, and a tear slides down my face. He wipes it away quickly, and starts to talk.

"Please, Anna tell me what's wrong." he says, still holding on to my shoulders. I nod, then begin to talk.

"I just don't want Elsa to get hurt, and that's exactly what happened. I hate to see her sad, when she is sad, I'm sad." I say and he looks me straight into my eyes.

"And when your sad, I'm sad." he says, and I give him a light smile. "So please be happy, so I can be happy. I hate to see you break down, because it breaks my heart." he says, still looking into my eyes. I hug him, and then suddenly, the chest pain is back. I gasp, and lose my balance, but Kristoff helps me stay up.

I don't need to explain to him, he already knows it's my heart. He picks me up, and I dig my head into his warm chest. I make sure to tell him where to go, and eventually, we find our way to the building.

Don't worry about a little thing Elsa, I'm right here for you....
