Amaya's POV
When I got to the roof, I looked around, trying to locate my sister. "Amaya," I turned around, spotting Ayano by the vent. I smiled and ran over to her. "Well? What did you find out?" She asked. "Taro's going to meet Osana on the rooftop at lunchtime. I think she's gonna give him a bento for lunch." I explained.
"A bento, huh? Hmm... Okay. Leave the rest to me. Nice job, Little sister." Ayano praised. "Hey, I'm not that little. Younger, yes. But I'm about the same height as you." I said. Ayano petted my head in response. "Class is about to start. You should go before you're late." Ayano suggested.
"Right." I replied. I bowed to her respectfully before heading downstairs to my classroom. I wonder where Yan-kun is? Once I entered my class, I sat down at my desk and took out my homework. "Dammit! I forgot to do my homework!" I sighed and slumped in my seat.
"Man, Ms. Rana is really gonna have my head for this." I said, looking at the blank homework sheet. "What are you so gloomy about?"
"I really don't wanna talk about it right now, Osana." I said, my face in my desk. "Hey, I'm not Osana!" I quickly lifted my head and looked to my side. "Oh... It's you, Osano. You know, it's not my fault you sound a lot like you sister." I mentioned.
Osano and I have known each other since middle school. He's always been like a protective big brother to me. However, Yan-kun doesn't trust him. But hey, he's just being a protective big brother.
Osano sighed in annoyance as he took his seat in front of me. "Sheesh, by now, you should tell us apart." He said. "I can tell you two apart; You have short hair while your sister has long-ass hair." I stated. I lied my head down on the desk before tugging on Osano's uniform from behind.
"Hey." I said. "Yeah, what is it?" He asked, annoyed. "Let me copy off your homework. I didn't do mine." I said, bluntly.
"What?! You wanna copy my homework AGAIN?! Geez, you're hopeless!" Osano said. "Yeah, yeah. Insult me later. Just let me copy off your homework." I said, tugging on his uniform again. Osano sighed, once again annoyed, and took out his homework before placing it in front of me.
"You're so nice, Osano." I said. I reached over my desk and hugged his neck with a small smile.
Osano's POV
I blushed as I felt Amaya hug me. "H-Hey! Get off me! Just hurry up and copy the answers!" I said, lightly pushing her away. "Okay, okay." Amaya retreated and began copying down the answers. I looked off to the side, frowning as a blush appeared on my face.
'Dang it... Why does she have to be so cute?' I thought.
(Time skip) Amaya's POV
When class was over, I stood up from my desk and headed towards the exit. "Amaya. Wait." Osano said. I turned around. "Yeah, what's up?" I asked, emotionlessly.
"I need you to meet me on the rooftop for lunch. Can you do that?" He said. "Can't. I told my siblings I'd meet them for lunch." I explained. "Then, meet me tomorrow, okay?" He said. "Why?" I asked with a bored look on my face.
"Never mind why! Just do it, okay!" He said. "Okay..." I said. "Geez." Osano walked past me. I watched as he go before leaving myself. When I turned the corner, I bumped into someone. "There you are, Yan-kun. I was looking for you this morning." I said as he stood in front of me.
"What was that about?" He asked with a frown. "What was what about?" I asked, returning the question. "I'm talking about you and Osano. What did he just ask you to do?" He demanded. "Were you spying on me?" I asked with a frown.
