(Monday) Amaya's POV

I skipped school because I didn't feel like going. I didn't want to listen to people gossip nor did I want to have them staring at me all day. I lied on my bed as I stared at my ceiling until my phone began to buzz.

At first, I thought it was Nemesis-kun, but instead, it read that Budo was calling. "Hello?" I answered.

"Hey, Amaya."

"Hey, Budo. What's up?"

"You're not gonna believe this!"

"Believe what?"

"Amaya, your brother and sister woke up! I'm at the hospital now!"

My mouth dropped open as my eyes widened. "Are you serious?" I asked. "Dead serious." He confirmed. "Thank you for telling me. I'm on my way now." I said, then hung up. I quickly got dressed and ran out of the door, running all the way to the hospital.

When I got there, I immediately ran to Ayano and Yan-kun's room. I saw Yan-kun's bed empty and Ayano awake as she was sitting up in bed while Budo in a chair, sitting beside her. Tears quickly filled my eyes and I ran over to her.

I hugged Ayano tightly, my face buried in her chest. "I'm so sorry, Ayano! I'm so sorry I got you and Yan-kun in the hospital!" I apologized. "Amaya, it's not your fault. Really. I'm just glad they didn't hurt you, too. Just making sure that you're safe makes me happy." She said as I looked up at her.

Ayano smiled at me and I hugged her again, holding her tightly. I turned my head as Yan-kun walked through the door, complaining about a nurse tried to hit on him. "Yan-kun!" I cheered. I ran over to him and hugged him, almost knocking him off his feet.

"I'm glad to see you, too, Amaya." He said, hugging me back. I was so happy to see them awake and alive. I can't begin to tell you how happy I am right now. I honestly couldn't be happier.

Budo and I spent the rest of the day with Ayano and Yan-kun, telling them about what we've been up to and what they've missed in class.

Somewhere during our time together, I fell asleep and I started dreaming some weird stuff.

I looked around as it was dark. "Ayano? Yan-kun? Where are you guys?" I called. I walked forward into the darkness until I felt my foot step in something wet. I looked down, noticing a small pool of blood.

"Amaya..." I looked up and my eyes widened in terror as I saw my siblings on the floor, bleeding out from horrible injuries they had. "Amaya... Please... help us.." Ayano pleaded. I ran forward in attempt to save them, but they disappeared.

"Amaya..." I turned around and nearly screamed when I saw Yan-kun covered in blood. "Why didn't you save us, Amaya?" He asked. I went to answer until he coughed up blood, then fell to the floor. Standing behind him, was Mido Rana with a pair of scissors in his hand as the tip was covered in blood.

"Why...?" I asked. "Because I couldn't let them come between us." He said. "There is no "us", Mido! There was never an "us"! They're will never be an "us"! Not in a million years!" I yelled out in anger. Mido looked at me with a bit of hurt in his eyes before frowning at me.

"Oh, Amaya... I wish you hadn't said that..." I gasped when he suddenly grabbed my throat. "Why can't you see how much I love you? Don't you understand I'd do anything for you? I'd even kill for you!" He yelled.

"Stop... please... You're hurting me..." I said as he squeezed my throat tighter. "I would've given you anything in the world." Mido said as he continued to choke me.

No, I can't die here... I still have to see my siblings... They still need me... I can't...

"Amaya! Amaya, wake up!"

"Amaya, wake up..." I slowly opened my eyes as I felt someone shaking my shoulder. I lifted my head and found that it was Ayano shaking me. "You're totally exhausted. Why don't you go home and rest?" She asked.

"No, I wanna stay here with you guys." I said. "We'll be fine, Amaya. The doctor's going to keep us here for one more night, then we can go home." Yan-kun explained. "Budo, could walk her home please?" Ayano asked Budo. "Sure thing." He replied.

I hugged my siblings before Budo and I left the hospital. "So, what were you dreaming about?" Budo suddenly asked. "Excuse me?" I looked at him. "You were kind of whimpering in your sleep." He mentioned.

"Oh... It's nothing. Just a stupid dream." I said. When we go to my house, I thanked Budo and told him I'd see him tomorrow.

As I was eating dinner, which was leftover pizza, and watching TV, I couldn't stop thinking about the dream I had. "Forget about it. It was just a dream. Nothing but a stupid dream." I tried convincing myself.

After I finished my pizza, I took a shower, got dressed in my pajamas, got brushed my teeth, washed my face, then went to bed.
