The Story So Far:

Louis plans on going back to his childhood home with Harry to see his sisters again and to confront his mother. This is the town where he was in "therapy" for his homosexuality and where people, including his parents. ridiculed him for his sexuality. He has already met Lottie, but not the rest of his sisters.

I see Fizzy next. She is sitting at the dining room table doing math homework; I can tell it is math homework by her frantic tapping on the calculator sitting out and because she only ever got this frustrated with her math homework. Her eyebrows are furrowed in frustration, but that frustration fades when she looks up and sees me standing in the doorway. She looks over to Lottie for reassurance. Lottie nods her head.

Fizzy flies out of the chair and into my arms. My arms are wrapped tight around her small waist as she puts her arms around my neck. She burrows her head into my chest, and I can hear her crying.

"Shhh, Félicité," I comfort her, using her full name. "I'm home, love. I'm home."

"I didn't think I was ever going to see you again," Fizzy replies as she pulls away and wipes away a few stray tears.

I get a good look at her to see that her brown, straight hair has grown out to be past her shoulders. She's tall too; she's taller than Lottie. Her makeup is simpler than her sister's, but it still shows how grown up she is. I can tell that her smile is the same as my mother's. That hasn't changed.

"You've grown so much," I comment as I try to hold in some of my emotions. I just want to go back and time and never leave. I missed them. I don't think I realized how bad I really missed them until now. By seeing how much Fizzy has grown, I notice how much time I have missed here.

"I'm about the same size of you," Fizzy comments with a laugh through the tears before she pulls me back in for another hug. This isn't a desperate welcoming hug as she slips her hands around my waist; it's a hug of comfort that I return.

"I missed you too, Fiz. I'm sorry for leaving."

Fizzy pulls away and nods her head in understanding. "Lottie explained it. I get it. I assume this boy next to you..."

"I'm Harry. I'm the boyfriend, yeah," Harry joins in. He sticks his hand out, and Fizzy shakes it respectfully.

"It's nice to meet you, Harry," Félicité says with a soft smile. "Have you been taking care of him?"

"Yes, he has," I reply for Harry. "He helped me recover after Eleanor set my room on fire."

Both sisters look at me in confusion and surprise. They knew Eleanor; she was my girlfriend for some time, and they must remember the awkward family dinners we had with her.

"Like the Eleanor from high school Eleanor?" Lottie asks in confusion.

"You guys have missed a lot," I reply. "Yeah, it's her. I'll explain it all later."

"Lottie! Daisy took my phone charger, and my phone is at a lower percentage!" a voice calls from upstairs. The sound of footsteps follow as two girls run down the stairs.

"She can have it back once she finds mine since she lost it," another voice replies that sounds almost identical. It doesn't take me a moment longer to recognize the sound of the twins footsteps and voices.

"Daisy. Phoebe," Lottie calls out. "We're in the kitchen. We have some visitors."

Once they enter the kitchen, I'm surprised by how much they're grown. They're barely teenagers, and they were so much smaller when I left. They're becoming women, and I know that I've missed important milestones for them. I might have already missed their first school dance. I might have their first kiss. I hope I didn't miss their first boyfriend (or girlfriend). I want to make sure they know how their partner should be treating them because no one is going to hurt my little sisters.

"Lou?" Daisy says in a small voice. I'm happy that I can still tell the difference between them.

"Yeah. It's me."

Daisy repeats her other sisters actions and pulls me into a tight hug. She's small and thin like her other sisters, and she seems even smaller when she holds me so close. Once Daisy is content with me staying, I look towards Phoebe, but she doesn't even look at me.

"Pheebs?" I asks hesitantly as I look towards Daisy's twin. She hesitantly looks up to look my in the eyes.

"You left. You left for so many years, Louis," Phoebe replies coldly. There's no anger in her voice, but there's no love either.

"Don't be rude, Phoebe," Lottie tries to back me up, but I shake my head towards her. I've got this.

"You know why I left," I tell Phoebe. "It wasn't safe for me to live here anymore."

"You didn't call. You didn't write. Did you even miss us?" Phoebe asks me as tears start to come to her eyes. She pushes them away in frustration.

"I missed you so much, Pheebs," I tell her in a small voice. I squat down so that I'm closer to her level. "I thought of you every day. I swear I heard your laugh some days when I would be walking in the grocery store, and I would head down the aisle I thought it came from. You were never there, and it broke my heart every time."

"I missed you, too," Phoebe says, and the sadness of her tears leaks into her voice as she runs towards me. She lets it all out as I sit down on the floor and hug my little sister close to me.

"I'm not going to leave you guys again. I'll call. I'll write," I reassure Phoebe as tears come to my own eyes. Phoebe nods her head. She holds me close to her for a minute as she calms down. She leans her body against my chest in exhaustion, and I press a kiss to her hair.

"Please tell me these are all of the sisters," Harry comments with a laugh as he looks at the room full of sisters.

Fizzy lets out a laugh. "Sorry, Harry, but we got another set of twins."

"What?" I ask in confusion as I look at my sisters. Phoebe and Daisy cast their eyes to the floor. Lottie won't even look at me. It's Fizzy who finally fills the silence.

"Ernest and Doris are three years old. They were born after you left for college," Fizzy says quietly. "You never met them."

A/N

So I'll be out of town with no wifi on vacation for one week. This is the last chapter I will publish for that week, but I do hope to write a ton and reach where I want to be for this book. I hope you all enjoy Louis meeting his family.

Thanks for all your reads and comments. You guys make my day.
