The Story So Far:

Louis was overworking, so Harry took him to a wedding to help him with taking pictures. They met a little girl there named Olivia. Harry called Louis his boyfriend "accidentally".

I lay in bed listening to the sounds of the building. There's a creak of the old brick building, and water running through pipes. I hear cars driving passed our building at the late hours of the night. Even though I'm exhausted from a full day, I can't sleep.

Harry called me his boyfriend. Was this official, and I missed it? I mean you can't miss becoming official with someone, right? We are obviously going to date eventually. I like him. He likes me. We just have to deal with everything else around us, but my feelings for him are sure and positive. I've never felt so sure about anything in my life. The only thing I'm unsure about is the public thing. I've learned to never even look at men in public, and now I'm expected to kiss and hold hands with Harry in public. It will just take time to adjust.

After a debate in my mind, I wrap my arms around my small body as the cold air brushes up against my bare skin. I quietly walk across the hall, and I can see a soft light coming from underneath the door. I take a breath and slip into Harry's room. He's not asleep either. His head is bent over a book. He looks up once I walk in. He smiles and closes the book. Harry sets the book at the side and invites me to get in the bed next to him.

"What's up, Lou?" Harry asks as I craw, under the covers. "You should be asleep."

I crawl close to Harry. I rest my head on his chest and wrap my arms around him. "You should be asleep too."

"So should you."

"Harold."

"Lewis."

With a laugh, Harry wraps his arms around me too. I can feel his chest rumble underneath me. The warmth of his body warms be up, and I cuddle closer to the taller boy.

"What's actually wrong, Lou?" Harry asks quietly. It's weird to be speaking so loud even if we're alone. The apartment is so empty and dark, but Harry's room is bright and happy.

"You called me your boyfriend today when you were talking to Olivia," I blurt out. "Did you mean it when you said it? Are we like officially dating?"

Harry lets out a sigh. One of his hands finds itself in my hair. He gently plays with my soft hair as he talks. "I didn't mean to say it. I mean I obviously wanted, but it just slipped out. I would love to call you my boyfriend officially if you would allow me too..."

I look up at Harry, and I can feel my heart flutter at his soft words. I pull myself up and meet his lips with mine. "I would love to be yours."

"Then it's official. We're dating." Harry lets out a sigh and a small laugh. "When I first saw you, I only imagined ending up here with you."

I lay my head back on his chest and glance up at him. "You wanted me from the very start?"

Harry nods his head. "Of course I did. You were... You are... Just beautiful. There are probably better words for it..."

Harry leans over to his nightstand, and I move my head so that he can grab whatever he needs. I hear a drawer open and shut again before he's leaning back up against the headboard. I lay my head back on his chest and glance at the notebook in his hands. It's the same brown leather notebook I saw one of my first times here. There are some stars drawn in the corner with a pen. There's also the familiar writing that reads Let us love. There's been new writing added to the cover.
