The Story So Far:

Harry was late to his date with Louis. Louis learns that there was a crash with a car similar to Harry's. He rushes to different hospitals, and the nurse at the last one says that Harry is there. Louis is filled with worry about how hurt Harry is.

"You still wake up sometimes, don't you? Wake up in the dark, with the lambs screaming?"

"Yes..."

"Do you think if you saved Catherine, you could make them stop...? Do you think, if Catherine lives, you won't wake up in the dark, ever again, to the screaming of lambs? Do you...?"

"That's why the movie is called Silence of the Lambs!" Harry shouts in excitement. "It all makes sense!"

I giggle and lean over to press a kiss onto Harry's cheek. His face is full of excitement. He's looking a lot better than when I saw him last week. His arm is still in the sling of course. He's enjoying his pastel pink cast on his forearm; he's been asking everyone to sign it too like he's back in middle school. Niall might have drawn some male genitalia on it.

"Yes, sweetie. I got the connection too," I tell him, and I can't help but smile at how cute he is being. "Do you still want to finish the movie? They'll be over soon."

"I think I'm gonna take a shower," Harry replies. "That will make me feel better. I still feel like I smell like a hospital."

"Yeah, I get that feeling too," I agree with. I lean forward to grab the remote. I pause the movie and shut the television off.

"Oh, no, you can finish the movie," Harry comments as he begins to get up from the couch. "I'll probably get too scared to watch the ending."

"I thought you might need some help showering." I shrug my shoulders and stand up also. "I'll help you cover the cast, and Harry, you've got a lot of hair. I'm not so sure you'll clean it very well with only one hand."

Harry smiles. He leans over and kisses me on the lips softly. "What would I do without you?"

"Crash and burn," I reply with a giggle. "And smell really bad. C'mon, love. Liam said that Cheyenne is bringing dessert, and he made it sound really good."

"Good. I am starving! I'm gonna miss Cheyenne's cooking when we go to Disney," Harry comments as he makes his way over to the bathroom.

"It's only for a couple days, and we will be in a place full of great food," I reply. We will both admit that Niall dating Cheyenne has been one of Niall's best decisions. Her food is the best on the planet (don't tell Harry). "I'll grab a rubber band and the plastic wrap from the kitchen to wrap your cast in."

As I come back to the bathroom, Harry is already stripped down to just his boxers. The water is on in the shower to warm it up. Harry stands there staring at himself in the mirror as if he doesn't know that I'm there. I watch his eyes scan his image in the mirror. I set the plastic wrap and rubber band on the counter. I wrap my arms around Harry and press kisses onto his bare back.

"You will forever be the most beautiful piece of art," I tell him with full honesty.

Harry breaks his serious facade and smiles. "You can thank my parents for that."

"I'll be sure to text you mother later that I'm very thankful that her son is so good at fuc-"

"Okay, shower time!" Harry blurts out with a giggle. He leaves my embrace and turns around. He sets his hands on the bottom hem of my t-shirt and helps me lift it above the head. He drops it to the floor. His hands move down to unbutton my pants, and I can't help but stare at how beautiful and sexy he is.

It's always nice to have someone to share a shower with to help conserve water.

"Z, I want the dog."

"Why should you get the dog?"

"Because I love Watson more!" Liam says while he tries to take the Scottish Terrier piece from Zayn's hand. Watson hears his name and comes running over to bark at his owners. Zayn and Liam never really consider themselves to be owners of Watson. They're more like parents.

"Watson loves both of us evenly," Zayn comments with a frown on his lips. He pulls the puppy into his lap and gives the Great Dane a kiss on his head. Watson licks Zayn's face affectionately before he hops off and climbs into Liam's lap.

"See? He loves me more," Liam tries to argue again since Watson came back to him, but Cheyenne, being the only sane one here, compromises for them.

"Okay, what if you guys were a team? Then you can both have the dog piece," Cheyenne suggests, and both immature boys agree on it.

"Can we be on a team?" Niall asks Cheyenne. "We can be the shoe."

"Are you kidding me?" Cheyenne turns to Niall with a raised eyebrow. "I shall be an independent woman and take you down. I am the queen of Monopoly."

Niall frowns. I think we all know that Cheyenne will be the winner. She almost always wins these games.

"Hey, how's the arm?" Liam asks as he deals out the correct amount of money to each team/player.

"It's alright. I'm finding ways to use it while still keeping it in the sling. It's just frustrating," Harry comments. "But it's not bad at all."

"So how exactly did this crash occur?" Cheyenne asks the big question. Harry has been dealing with the insurance company about the crash, and it's been determined that none of it was Harry's fault.

"He was texting while driving," Harry says somberly, "like an idiot. I'm always so persistant with Louis when he drives. I'm always sure he doesn't text. He was even in the car with his girlfriend, but she didn't say anything about it. Not that it's on her, but just texting while driving is so dumb. His text probably could have waited for them to be out of the car."

"I'm just happy that you're safe," Zayn comments. "You really worried us."

Harry glances over at me. My face gets red with embarrassment. "I thought something bad happened to you. I mean a broken arm is bad, but you scared me so badly."

"I'm okay, love." Harry wraps his arm around me and kisses my forehead. "Now you get to know how I felt after that crazy fire incident."

We both stare at each other with knowing look about how much that scared Harry. I suppose it is similar. We've both been so scared about the health and safety of the other one. There's an understanding in our group of friends; we may not talk about it, but those moments all make us hang out a bit more and be together more. There's a moment of silence, and most of us are probably thinking of nights like this with one of us missing. It wouldn't feel right.

"Alright, it's time for me to cream everyone in Monopoly," Cheyenne breaks the silence as she begins to dramatically crack her knuckles. "Zayn, pass the dice."
