It was dark, Grindelwald was in the storage compartment of a boat headed to England where Newt Scamander was. He could hear people walking above him and urged himself to not be revealed,

"why David Browne! Fancy meeting you here eh?" Said one man,

"well if it isn't Percy Williams! My old Hogwarts friend!"

Grindelwald's ears perked up at the mention of Hogwarts,

so these men were wizards... he thought.

"How've you been holding up Perce? I hear the goblins are causing quite some trouble for you." The man David said.

"Right you are David, they seem to think that my Aunt Stephanie's silver mirror is "rightfully" theirs!" Percy said loudly. David scoffed,

"Oh don't worry yourself Perce, goblins are more bark than bite these days."

Ha, Idiots... Grindelwald thought.

Their voices were getting louder and nearer,

"Say David, fancy a cup of rum? I've got some in my suitcase over yonder." The man nodded and Grindelwald's heart began to race as they approached the area where he was hidden. There was no choice, he would have to kill both of them, there must not be any witnesses. As soon as their faces came into view, he whipped out his wand and silently uttered the killing curse.

"Morning Tina dear,"

Hazel was at the table in her robe, drinking tea in one hand and reading the Daily Prophet in the other. Tina had walked in wearing her pajamas and yawning. "Morning Mrs Scamander," she said shuffling to the table and sitting down. "Hazel please dear," Newt's mother reminded her lightly, "Would you like some tea or coffee?" Tina smiled, "Coffee's fine thank you."

Hazel waved her wand almost lazily as ingredients began to fly out of the cupboards and combine to make a steaming mug of coffee. Tina carefully grabbed hers and took a sip, waking up a bit more. Hazel mouth curved up a bit,

"so..." she said mischievously,

"What?" Tina said confused,

"Newton, how did you two meet?" She said propping her chin on her hand expectantly.

Tina's mind flashed back to when they first met and couldn't help laughing, "Oh, well I caught him accidentally setting his Niffler off in a bank in New York, and for not wiping a No-Maj's memory. So I arrested him." Hazel burst out laughing,

"Oh! Typical Newt!" She said eyes sparkling. Just then Newt came bustling into the room with his usual day clothes on and a cup of tea in the other. "Morning mum, Tina," he said sitting next to his girlfriend and interlocking his fingers between hers.

"Morning Newt, gone to feed the creatures?" Tina said, Newt smiled,

"Yes, and I was just about to go outside to feed the Hippogriffs, would you like to join me?" He asked.

"I'd love to," Tina replied finishing the rest of her coffee and getting up to join him. "Have fun dear," Newt's mum called waving as they went out the back door to the Hippogriff stables.

"Morning Hazel," Queenie said strolling into the room with Jamie on her hip. "Morning Queenie dear, and good morning to you Jamie!" she said as Jamie clapped his hands together and stared at her playfully. Queenie sat down where Tina once was and stared at the back door. "So Hazel, any sign of wedding bells?" she said playfully. Hazel smiled secretly then glanced around, "Listen don't tell Tina, but I found a ring in Newton's bedroom while I was cleaning it this morning!" Hazel said, Queenie gasped excitedly, "So when do you think he'll propose?" she giggled. "Oh you know Newt, he'll probably just look at her one day and pop the question." Hazel laughed. The two women continued to talk till dawn wondering if the couple would agree to formal wedding wear.

Newt knew his mother had found the ring in his bedroom, he could tell by the way her eyes lit up and how her mouth quirked when he had entered the kitchen. He had bought the ring without really thinking, it was last month when he and Tina were in Paris looking for some wild Jarveys for the next edition of the book. Tina was tired and had went back to the hotel to write a letter to Queenie. Newt decided to walk around the shops, he had passed by a jewellery shop and had seen the most perfect ring for Tina. It was plain but beautiful the same, it didn't have any jewels just a pattern engraving that seemed perfect for her. Not realizing it, he had bought the ring. When he returned back to the hotel he put some protective charms on the box so the Niffler wouldn't snatch it and hid it deep in his shed where Tina couldn't find it. When they were moving out of Harold's apartment and into the house, he quickly moved the ring and placed it deep in his closet. Mother had probably been snooping again... he thought looking back at the house. He suddenly heard a burst of laughter, he turned around and saw Tina flying through the sky on the back of the Hippogriff. She was shouting in glee and laughing, even from down below he could see the dimple on her cheek that only appeared when she was truly happy. He smiled,

maybe one day he would have the guts.

It was night by the time Grindelwald reached England. He silently snuck off the ship stowing away the two men into their own suitcase's. He crept through the vent that led to the empty captain's quarters, from there he exited the boat.

A muggle couple were picking up their luggage when they noticed that it seemed heavier than usual, the man put down the suitcase and opened it. The women screamed, the man dropped to the floor horrified.

Inside were the two dead wizards, bottles of rum in their hand, eyes glassy and wide open as if something jumped out and killed them instantly.

The police were brought onto the ship immediately, and the two men were identified as David Browne and Percy Williams. They concurred that they had gotten drunk and had died of an overdose. The couple was brought in for questioning and the story was posted as a front page article the next day.
