The Artificial Gem (S.U Fanfiction)

"Y-you want me to do something?" I studdered in fear. "I don't need to hurt anyone do I?"

"Only things that hurt Earth, because you OWN the Earth."

"What?"

"I created you to take Pink Diamond's place, I want you to protect Earth from Yelliw Diamond and other gems as much as possible! The Crystal Gems will help you when you explain, tell them that I am no threat, Blue Diamond will only be a threat if she finds out that Steven is Rose Quartz. And Yellow Diamond, you HAVE to watch out for her, she will destroy Earth any chance she gets!"

"Yes, my Diamond!" I said in response.

"Faux I am not your Diamond remember? You are your own Diamond!"

"Yes white Diamond, sorry!" I panicked.

"No need."  There was a slight pause with mumbling that i couldn't understand. "I have to go, take care Fuax!"

"You too!" She hung up the phone, I added her toy contacts just in case. I turned to talk to Steven and the others, but they were gone. "Steven?" I called. Larz and Sadie wern't there as well, no one was. I ran out side of the shop, looking around, hiding my gem with my hair once more. I couldn't remember my way back home, at all. "PERIDOT!" I started to think to my self. I grabbed my phone out and called Steven, no response, then called everyone else besides White Diamond, still, NOTHING! I started to panic even more. "Mabye the gems are testing me to see if I can find mt way back home! Better start walking then!" I looked both ways, there was sand one way, and the other way... more sand, i had no idea where Im going. "I'll try ledt first." I started walking to my left, looking at everything around me, Beach City was an amazing place!

Wish i could remember my childhoid here. I thought. As I was walking, I heard someone crying, it made me worry that something was wrong. I followed the sound of the crys I heard, the closer I got, the more I could see that is was a boy, a boy around my age, his hair was almost the same color as mine but with a redish-pinkish color mixed, his eyes that were filled with water were sky blue, he wore a thin, sweatshirt. I felt my face get warm looking at him, but I couldn't just stare!

"Um... are you ok?" I asked. The boy looked at me with sorrow in his eyes.

"S-sorry if I bothered you, I-I'll go now." He stood up, he was at least 3 inshes taller than me.

"No don't go! I wanna help you!" I told him grabbing his hand, his face looked shocked. He stopped crying and just stared at me.

"You wanna help?" He asked still holding my hand, I nodded in reply. "Wow, I just thought you would push me down, like everyone else." I looked at him with worry, and he could tell I was.

"How about I walk with you home?" I suggested.

"I don't have a home."  He replied.

"Oh, I'm sorry I asked." I felt a tear run down my cheek, I've never felt this bad for someone before. "I'm sorta new in town and, I'm kind of lost myself, I was at the Big Donut with some friends but they left without me knowing, I have some time on my hands. You wanna talk to me about what has you so down?"

He nodded. He pulled over to a table with two chairs, he pulled one out for me and he sat up in the other, he wiped his eyes.

"My mother used to work for an amazing lady before I was born, my mother was smart, pretty, and elegant. One day, after a war started, her boss what sha-" he stopped there and shook his head. "Shot to death by a woman named, um, it started with an R i think? I can't remember at the moment sorry!"

"It's alright." I replied. He nodded in responce.

"After my mother's boss was killed, she collected whay was left of her and kept it in a special place. Many years after that, she met my father, he worked as a gardner for a company. The two were un stoppable! You couldn't seprate them! Untill-" he stopped and started to cry again.

"Don't cry!" I said over and over patting his back. He wiped his tears and caught his breath.

"Untill I was born. My mother died at my birth and my father killed himself just last week ago, wanting to be with her again, forgetting and not caring about me." He sat there in silence, staring into the distance.

"I-I'm so sorry about your parents. I wish I could do something about it." I thought for a second. "Mabye you can stay with me and the others in the barn! It's a huge place there's only four of us at the moment! "

"Depends on who lives with you." He responded.

"Well there's me, Peridot, Lapuis, and Blue Pearl." He jumped back in shock. He looked terrified at what I had just said.

"Who are you? How do you know Blue Pearl?" He asked.

"My name is Faux Diamond!" I said removing the hair that covered my gem. "And I am your new friend!" He looked at me dumfounded, he picked up his swear shirt, I covered my eyes. "We just met what the crap are you doing!"

"Just look!" He giggled. I opened my eyes and looked at his stomach, a pink-pearl was placed where his belly button should be, my face turned warm again as he giggled at me.

"My mom was Pink Pearl, I didn't know there was other gem human hybrids like me!" He smiled. "I thought I was the only one."

"I'm not a gem human hybrid, but I have a friend that is! But, you're not with home world right?" He shook his head.

"I've never even liked home world, Yellow Diamond hates me and Blue Diamond can't even look at me." His smile turned back to a frown.

"It's ok, at least you remember your past." I said to make him feel better. "White Diamond created me to help Earth and take Pink Diamond's place but in a different way, but when I was created, I forgot all of my childhood memorys, I don't evem know if I'm 13 or 13 million years old!" He laughed at my remark. "Im a new kind of gem, I used to be human but White Diamond placed a gem inside of me. It's a long prosses."

"Wow you're one of a kind!" He joked. "No wonder you look like an angel!" My face turned hot like lava.

"Heh- y-yeah!" I laughed trying to hide my face. He hid his face as well, he both softly giggled at one another.

"Oh and by the way, my name is Ricky." He looked to the direction I was heading. "Come on, lets find your place!" He said as he started walking. I ran after him, then it started to get dark, I felt my self fall, but then couldn't feel I woke up to hear soneone calling my name.

"Faux wake up!" I heard Peridot scream. I jumped up to see that I was in the barn again, I felt scared, was Ricky even real?

"Where's Ricky?" Peridot looked at me confused.

"Who's Ricky?"
