Lapis put water cuffs around my hands, they've learned what to do. I wrapped my arms around his neck, his hands on my waist. I heard Lapis cheering.
"Why aren't they fusing?" Peridot asked confused. Lapis laughed at Peridot and gave her a hug, forgetting about the cuffs around my hands. Ricky started pushing away from me.
"Ow! Faux you burned me!" He shouted playfully, knowing that ment I liked it. My face just turned red, getting a tube of Steven's spit and poured it on his back. He shivered as his back slowly started to heal.
"I am so sorry." I wispered almost crying. "I can't control these flames!" After his back healed, he laughed it off.
"Fuax, Diamonds' powers mostly show when they are experiencing a strong feeling, or something else." He said blushing. "But I'm not familiar with these things really!"
"Well, Diamonds are more powerful than anyother gems, they usually have no weaknesses or strengths! Really depends on the planets you rule and the color gem you are and what your purpose is!" Peridot stated.
"Yeah, well, I just wish I had a Diamond that could stay with me and help me learn!" I told them. They all looked at each other, then barried me in a giant group hug. I couldn't help but hug back. "Thanks guys!" I said as we all laughed.
*Time skip*
It was late, all the gems were 'sleeping' as I was still wake. I layed in bed, feeling the heat off of Ricky's body kept me warm. I grabbed my phone and checked soical media, local news, and the time, 4:00am.
"I'm not going to sleep tonight." I thought. I slowly slipped out of bed and sat at the desk. I got the white and grey jornal I kept to myself and wrote down a few things I've learned. About how warp pads work, what a crystal gem is, and about how to fix a shattered gem. I heard something hit the floor, it was the rock pouch Ricky carried around, I started to panic, cause it sounded like something broke inside it. I shined a light on the bag, I saw little pieces of a broken gem, they were pink.
"Crap!" I picked up all the pieces of the gem, placed together, and grabbed what I thought was glue.
But it was really an extra bottle of Steven's spit...
