Chapter Ten pt.2: Boyfriend #2

I just found out that me and Chris are number one on iTunes and I was really happy. It was nice to get some good news for a change. As I was hugging Chris my phone started to ring. I looked at the caller i.d and Chris said “Answer it.”

"Hello?"

"What is going on with you?" Mellisa asked.

"Nothing, why?"

"Because you lied to me and told me you were staying at the house. Where are you?"

"How do you know I’m not at the house?"

"Aubrey came over here earlier looking for you and he told me he kicked you out."

"Oh."

"Why didn’t you tell me?"

"Getting kicked out by your fiancée isn’t something you want to scream to the world."

"I’m not the world. I’m your best friend."

"I’m sorry. I was just embarrased."

"Where are you? Are you okay?"

"I’m fine. Don’t worry about me."

"Are you ever gonna talk to Aubrey about what happened?"

"I will eventually but not right now. I need a break from him."

"You don’t need to jump back into a relationship with him anyway."

"What did Aubrey say to you?"

"He just said he really needed to talk to you and he was sorry."

"What would you think if I got back with him?" Chris looked at me and I looked away.

"I can’t tell you what to do but I wouldn’t take him back after what he did. If you do get back with him, he would have to earn your trust back and that will take a while."

"I know."

"Well I gotta go. I’ll talk to you later."

"Okay bye." I hung up the phone and put it on the nightstand. Then I noticed Chris was still staring at me.

"What?"

"You wanna go out?"

"Where?"

"Where ever I take you."

"Sure. I need to get my mind off somethings. I’m gonna go take a shower."

"Me too."

"You’re not getting in the shower with me." I giggled.

"I have more than one shower in this house but I could get in with you if I wanted to."

"Nuh uh."

"What? It’s not like I haven’t seen your business before." Chris winked at me and I blushed.

"I’m getting in the shower. I’ll see you when I finished getting ready." I had to get away from Chris. I felt my "business" getting hot and if I didn’t leave the room it would have been on. I got in the shower and thought about what Chris had planned for me today.

After listening to Robyn’s phone call I knew I had to do something. She was thinking about getting back with Drakespear and I wasn’t about to let that happen. He doesn’t deserve Robyn and I was gonna show her what a real man looks like and make her forget all about Aubrey. I got dressed and waited for Robyn to finished getting ready. I don’t know why she takes so long to get herself together. She could wear a paper bag and still be beautiful. I knocked on my bedroom door where Robyn was putting her clothes on.
