Chapter Thirty-four: Ellen Show

Two weeks later

Today is the day Robyn and I were going on the Ellen show and I was really excited. I love Ellen because she is a lot of fun and she has a great energy that comes off of her. I am suppose to be performing 'Fine China' but since Robyn is coming with me we agreed to perform 'Cinderella'. We also decided that we would announce the pregnancy on the show. Right now Robyn and I were standing back stage waiting for Ellen to introduce me.

"Are you nervous?"

"A little bit. I don't know how everyone is going to take the news."

"Some people may be happy, some people might hate but as long as we're happy that's all that matters." She smiled a little and I squeezed her hand.

"I have a very special guest for you all today." I heard Ellen begin. "He sings, he dances....not better than me though but don't tell him that." I chuckled and shook my head. "Alright everybody give it up for Chris Brown." I held Robyn's hand as we walked on the stage together. I thought Ellen was going to have a heart attack when she say Robyn. We both hugged her and sat down on the couch.

"Wow I didn't know you were coming. I would have gave you a little introduction too." Ellen said to Robyn.

"It's fine."

"You look great. You're glowing and everything. How are you?"

"I'm fine. How are you?"

"I'm getting my life right now. I thought I was getting Chris but I get to have you too."

"Chris told me he was coming on your show and I just had to come see you."

"I'm glad you did. Since both of you are here I can ask both of you what everyone's been wanting to know. When did you two start dating?"

"I think it was like November of last year...am I right?" I asked Robyn.

"It was October actually."

"I was close."

"What made you want to be with her?"

"She's gorgeous....she's funny, down to earth and I always had a little crush on her."

"What about you Rihanna?"

"I like him because he's fun to be around. He is so goofy and he always makes me smile."

"Do I see a wedding in the future?" I noticed Robyn tense up a little and I held her hand.

"Definitely. I'm not gonna let her slip away from me." The crowd Awe'd as Robyn blushed.

"So who wears the pants in the relationship?"

"Definitely me." Robyn said proudly.

"Uh uh. I run things over here. I'm the man." I said, flexing my muscles.

"Are you alright? You look like you're cramping over there."

"Man Ellen. You ain't gotta play me like that."

"I'm wouldn't do that to you Chris. I know your muscles are good for something and I have the video Rihanna put on Instagram to prove it." Oh God. I covered my face as the video began to play on the screen behind us.

"Shit this is heavy." I heard my voice say followed by Robyn's voice saying "Stop complaining." I listened the video continued to play and show me bust my ass on front porch.

"Fuck! Robyn help me!" She just laughed as I squirmed under the box.

"I'm forreal! This shit hurt. It's crushing CJ!" I heard myself yell before the video cut off. I'm so glad Instagram videos are only 15 seconds long or else everyone would have watched me struggle under that box for another five minutes.
