(Audrey's P.O.V.)
After he almost let the walker eat my face off, I trembled and he left me in the chair for a little while. Finally, he opened the door and walked in.
“We’ve established you are afraid of walkers.” He clapped at me.
“And we’ve also established, I’m not telling you anything.”
He looked at me a moment, then looked away. “Not now. But you will. I’ll break your mind, get what I want. There are ways.”
“Yeah? If you’re talking about your face, I’ve become immune.” I wasn’t going to give in. The thought of Daryl being a strong person kept me going. Now I knew I really did like him. I was only thinking of him mostly. He was my strength… so to speak.
The Governor walked over to me. “I can see, you still have some spunk in your tongue. Carter!” He yelled and a man came inside.
“Sir?”
“Blind fold and un-strap her.”
“Yes sir.” He pulled out a black clothe and walked over to me. Soon, the vision I had was blocked, and all I could do was walk along. First I was in the grip of Carter, then I was in the bind of the Governor. I felt him leading me out of the room and to the left, but I couldn’t see anything. I tried to break free but he just bent my wrists and held me tighter. I winced a little, and soon, after another two right turns where the air was a tad smelly, I heard a door open.
He handcuffed my arms and pushed me inside a room I gathered. I moved my head, then heard a chain rattle. I listened hard then heard a wheezing. Blood drained from my face and I tried to free my hands.
“I can’t have you in that chair the whole night. You’d be much more comfortable here.” I turned and then several chains rattled. I whimpered quickly and sat down, then heard the door shut.
“No!” I yelled and the growls of the walkers seemed to zero in on me. I tried to control my breathing but couldn’t. My ears were on fire. I was too afraid to move. What if I got in their range? I slowly bent down, trying to contain my whimpers, and then felt a sudden pull of fingers on me. I yelped and moved away, but a growl came at me and I bent down on the floor immediately. I slowly brought up my first leg, then another, making it so the handcuffs would be in the front instead of the back. I then pulled off the black blindfold, and whimpered as I saw that the room was completely pitch black.
I lay on the cold cement floor with walkers determined to get loose. I held my mouth, too afraid to do anything else. From what I could hear, the whole room had at least 15 walkers chained to the walls, who were starving for human flesh.
(Third Person P.O.V.)
Hershel and the others were inside except for Carol. She was at the gate, looking out into the dark towards the road. She had her arms crossed and a sad hopeful face on.
“Enjoyin’ the night air or worryin’ about Rick and the others?”
Carol turned to see Hershel walking over to her.
She smiled a bit, then looked back. There was a light from a lamp Audrey had brought with her when she joined the group, it served as a porch light for the prison.
