As Barry awoke from his sleep, he felt something on his chest, looking to his right to see Caitlin cuddled up to his arm, one hand on his chest and the other wrapped around his arm. Her head was next to Barry's shoulder as she peacefully slept, which made him smile, as she looked adorable as she lay there, snuggled up next to him. Their clothes had been thrown carelessly over the room, noticeably both of their shirts laying on the desk on one end of the room, the rest scattered across the floor and bed. Barry slowly slid out of bed, trying not to disturb Caitlin, before re-applying the bedsheets to cover her up, keeping her warm. It was somewhat upsetting that he had left the bed, with the amazing feeling of her cuddled up beside him, however, he wanted to attempt to make things nice for her as she woke up, so he took some clean clothes from his wardrobe and headed over towards the bathroom, where he took a quick shower, before heading downstairs to make some breakfast for the pair.
Caitlin's eyes flickered open, sitting up to realise that she was in Barry's apartment, remembering the great events from the previous night. Smiling and blushing to herself, she dragged herself out of the bed yawning, as she did so wrapping the bedsheet around her to cover herself up whilst she searched the room for some clothes, pulling on one of Barry's shirts and a pair of her jeans, heading drowsily down the stairs, searching the house for Barry, finding him in the kitchen. She slowly walked towards him from behind, wrapping her arms around him, slowly kissing his neck, causing him to turn his head around to meet her lips, the pair lasting in this kiss for a minute or so, before Barry pulled away.
"Not yet, I don't want to burn your pancakes," he laughed, smiling and turning back around, flipping them one last time, causing Caitlin to shuffle over to the other end of the kitchen, the smile remaining plastered on her face.
After a few minutes, Barry served the pancakes onto a plate, applying some syrup and handing them to Cait, her letting out a short "mmm", then continuing with a "Thank you so much," smiling and walking over to the table, where the pair sat side by side.
As Caitlin finished the food, they put the plate away and broke into another kiss, leaning against the kitchen counter and slowly accelerating into a make-out session, arms wrapping around the other's backs and slowly leaning down on the counter, before eventually pulling away to Barry speaking up:
"I have an idea, come with me," Barry said, taking hold of her hand and walking out of the door with her.

The pair arrived at a fairly large open green space not far from the city, complete with benches, trees, etcetera. Finding a bench to sit on, fairly enclosed from the rest of the public, the couple sat down, instantly cuddling up to one another.
"This is really nice, thank you, Barry,"
"It's no problem at all," he smiled back.
"Can I ask you something?" Caitlin asked him.
"Of course you can, what is it?"
"I was just wondering what you see in me. What made you become my friend, and now we are miraculously a couple. I was just curious as to how you saw something in me, considering no one really had before and in all honestly I'm not that great a person."
"Well, where do I start? You a so much better than you tell yourself, Cait. You have brought happiness to my life and that isn't something that anyone has done before, and that is also one of the best things you can ever do to someone. You have an amazing personality, seriously it's so much better than people say it is, they just simply can't see the real you. The same with the way you look, you don't look bad in any way, in fact, I think that you look beautiful, adorable. Don't let what others tell you affect you because in my opinion, none of it is true and there is a great person in you, one that I have been lucky enough to see. That is what I see in you. Someone who has the ability to change lives, bring happiness, bring joy. That is what I see in Caitlin Snow."
Caitlin's cheeks lit up to a pale red, visibly blushing, as well as this a few butterflies fluttering in her stomach. She looked over at Barry, him seeing the glow that had appeared in her eyes, looking adorable as usual.
"Thank you so much, you have no idea how much that means to be, you are incredible, thank you," Caitlin muttered, somewhat speechless as she smiled, squeezing Barry's hand.
"How about me? I could safely say the same things that you did, so what do you honestly see in a person like me?"
"Well what can I say that you didn't already say about me? You are the literal nicest person that I have ever met, you have treated me better than anyone else, defended me, etcetera. You also have the best personality out of anyone, always doing sweet, kind things for me that quite frankly I don't really deserve. You are just genuinely a great person, like you said to me, no matter what people say about you. I have certainly seen the good in you and when you asked me to be your girlfriend, that is almost certainly one of the greatest parts of my life. Seriously, that meant so much to me, Barry."
Now being his turn to attempt to hide his happiness, he simply did this by embracing Caitlin in a hug, the two squeezing each other with their arms tangled around them, before breaking out into a few playful neck-kisses, moving upwards and interlocking lips, butterflies in their stomachs and happiness taking over their minds as they did this, as they had met quite possibly the best people in their lives.
