Chapter 03

Two weeks of being MIA finally Emma calls to tell she is back in the town. So, being the good little sister I hurry up to go meet her in mom's house.

As I get out of my car I see Jeremy coming out of the house. And knowing to be the one who can't keep her mouth shut in the family I speak.

"Hey! How are you?" he greets but I just snap back at him.

"What, now you are her bodyguard?"

He looks at me baffled not knowing what to say I guess. Too bad cause I got a lot to say to him but that stops as my sister comes out too.

"Stop it Sarah, don't be rude"

Em yells at me from the door I just shrug my shoulder and get in the house. Now this is going to piss her more.

"Hey mom, what's for lunch" I yell getting in the kitchen. She smiles before saying we got sandwiches.

"I'll pass" I groan.

"Hey!" she scolds me.

I grin before taking one of her famous chicken sandwich. As I take a bite Emma storms inside pissed of.

"Who the hell do you think you are?"

I look at her munching my food and after swallowing it I state.

"Human, who's hungry?"

"Ah! For heaven God sake Sarah grow up. You have no right to treat him like that".

Mom looks at me questioningly and I smile at her sheepishly before answering.

"I wasn't on my best behavior meeting Jeremy" just like that there goes my lunch she takes it away from me. Damn!

"You better start treating people with respect Sarah, especially those who is more concerned about me than any of you" she states and just like that I snap back at her.

"Just hold on a second. Concerned? Don't even go there. Do you ever tell us what's going on with your life to any one of us till we pry in your life? No! So don't you even dare talk about being concerned?"

This girl is unbelievable she thinks we don't care about her? God, seriously what's wrong with her these days?

"Oh, ya then why is Brad living with you in your house?" she asks me with a brow raised.

I just roll my eyes at my mom who is smiling too sweetly at me, she is terrible.

"We both know he got nowhere to go and you really want me to kick him out of the house?"

With that all of us stare at each other in silence which is only broken when my phone rings.

"Hello? Ya uh-huh fine. Okay, okay, got it on my way" I hung up my phone and look at my sister

"I got to go, new client we can argue about this later some more okay? Love you guys and sis glad you are safe and back" I wave at them.

Thank god the all came because I have no idea what to talk with her. It's not like this is her 1st break up with brad but still it's gets quiet boring and irritating after few times.

And they both need to grow a pair and sit down to talk all this through it's not just getting on their skin but hampering all of us.

As I reach my office Lily gives me head about the soon to be bride. Her name is Katherine Morgan and she is 25 a gorgeous lady with a bright smile.

"Hi I'm Katherine, you can call me Kate" she smiles at me when I arrive to my office I smile back and introduce myself.

She cheers up and say "I know who you are I have been to some of the wedding you did, I was so happy that you are not booked yet when I saw your work in Jess's wedding I knew you were the only one who can help me plan mine"
