Days drag on and I get more and more scare to confess to my mom. Kyle hasn't been any help either every night he comes late and is away before I wake up. Half of the time he spends at office and other half in some meeting, we have hardly seen each other in 2 weeks, though I practically moved to Kyle house well soon ours, when I tell my mom about our wedding.
It's been a month of and still every time I want to tell her something comes up and I couldn't. Now, she talks about Emma and Brad upcoming wedding.
Every damn time it's hard to announce feeling guilty about ruining Emma's spotlight by telling that I already got married. I can't sleep properly or eat it's getting on my nerves now I hope I can clear this up. I call Kyle so he can say something nice and make my mood better.
"Hey husband, what you doing?" I ask "Hey I'm at work now is there anything important you want to talk?" he replies distractedly.
"What's that now do I have to call my husband when I got something important no fair" I whine.
"If it's not important then I'm hanging up" he sighs "Wait! This is important um-uh, I miss your cock" I whisper the last part and Kyle sighs again.
"Goodbye Sarah" he states.
"OK! OK! Wait! Sorry, I'm going to be at mom for lunch I'm going to tell her today" I inform him.
"OK, I will see you later bye" with that he hangs up. I stare at phone for few seconds and groan.
"What's wrong with him, bloody dragon giving me cold shoulder."
Lily enters and asks "Whose shoulder are you talking about?" I smile at her.
"Yours got a problem?" I ask and she shakes her head.
"I'm going to mom's may be a bit late you ok with that?" I ask
"Not if you are tagging me along" she states.
"Nope you can't who is going to handle the work here if we both are not here?" I say.
"Someone is sour today may be you should take that vacation you asked last month and have some quality time so you don't bite my head off" she grins.
Finally debating with myself all the way to mom's I get enough courage to tell her and go meet mom at her house.
"What are you guys doing here?" I ask as I see Emma, Brad, Andrew and Angie.
"Oh I was going to call you we were having lunch together" Angie says.
"Where's mom" I ask.
"In here" she says from the kitchen I go and scold her.
"Mom what are you doing didn't the doctor told you to rest?" she smiles and say.
"I love you too baby girl" I just stare at her and shake my head.
We all sit around the table to eat and mom asks "So how come you are here if you didn't know we were all planning the lunch" I roll my eyes at her.
"Why do you keep asking me that every time I come can't I be here. I don't think you ever ask Angie or Em that question" I say.
"Well because you never come unannounced when you got something to say" she narrows her eyes at me, I huff and eat my food.
Guess I better end this secret anyway, though I planned to tell mom 1st guess will save me from announcing it overall again.
Here goes nothing "Mom guys I'm" I take a deep breath "I'm pregnant".
"I'm pregnant" all eyes snap at me huh?
But I look at Angie "I'm pregnant" she repeats. I sit there stunned all gather and congrats Andrew and Angie, talk about timing and ruining the moment again. I take a deep breathe and wish them luck after lunch I don't stay much and drive to my office.
When I enter our home I see Kyle working, I go and sit down next to him giving a kiss on his cheek "Hey" he closes the laptop and kiss my forehead.
"How was the lunch?" he asks.
"Pretty interesting" he nods for me to continue "Angie is pregnant" I state.
"That's great! So did you talk?" he asks, I shake my head.
"I couldn't Angie just blurt it out while i was going to announce talk about timing" I look towards Kyle when he takes a deep breath and gets up.
"Are you sure it's the only reason holding you up?" he comments.
I stare at him in confusion "What do u mean?" I ask.
"Never mind" he says and walks out.
"Wait! Tell me what do you mean by that?" I push him to tell me.
"Does it matter what i mean? Do I even matter to you Sarah?" he asks harshly by which I'm a bit taken back.
"Of course, you matter what kind of question is that?" I say
"Leave" he states "what?" I ask surprised.
"I said leave I'm really not in the mood to discuss anything about us and before I lose my temper I think it's better if you just leave now" I stare at him disbelief.
"What's wrong? Did I do something to upset you? Is it about the call I did, I'm sorry you've been busy and I missed you, it's not my fault if you are avoiding me because of your work" I point out.
"Yes it's all me, my fault every damn time! I'm the one who went after you, who wanted things to work between us. Me who took you to meet my parents, me who had the idea to get married, every damn things was by me" he yells and I take a step back.
"But never us why Sarah? Marrying me hell even introducing me as your boyfriend was hard for you. You didn't even tell your sisters about us in the 1st place and now all you are making is excuses every damn time. It's Emma getting married, her wedding preparation and Angie's pregnancy next what?" he screams at me.
"I'm not making any" I try to speak.
"Oh please Sarah, don't even start with me" he interrupts and turn around to his room. I grab his arm and try to stop him.
"Listen" I beg.
"There's nothing to listen or say guess it was a bad idea from the start I don't even know if I can pull this marriage any longer if you don't want to be bonded to me it's fine. I can set you free as I promised it's not like anyone knows we are married anyway except my parents and I can handle them. Well, you're still a virgin anyways" he spats at me the last part and go inside.
I just stare at the door to stunned to even breath it's not true I must be dreaming Kyle would never talk to me like that and not once did he used sweetness or babe he will come back and say he didn't mean it. I stand still for don't know how long but eventually when he doesn't come out i move to the door. I take a look back one more time before shutting the door.
After leaving Kyle's house I don't know what to do or where to go. But somehow i end up to my mom's before I realize I knock on the door. Mom opens the door and get startle seeing me.
"Sarah what the hell girl what are you doing at this time girl. Is everything ok?" I just hug my mom tight trying to get as much comfort as I can.
"Sarah? What is it?" mom takes me to the house and in my old room.
I lay in my bed while mom brings me a glass of juice after I drink it, she smooths my hair while I lay in the bed.
"What's the matter baby?" hearing her call me baby brings the memory of Kyle and all the things happened tonight as I broke down and sob hardly. Mom gets worried and rubs my back saying everything will be ok. After what seems like hours I stop crying falling asleep.
