Chapter 01

Everything is so simple when you are just a kid. But things definitely start to be messy while growing up! Being in love it's always fresh and fun when it's a start but life kicks in and before you know it the people in love starts to hate each other.

Well! That's what my sister is claiming to her Fiancé actually Ex-Fiancé. High school sweetheart and all claiming to love each other till last breath now can't seem to stand each other two seconds before screaming at one another.

Yes! My sister just officially broke up with her 5-year long boyfriend turn fiancé turn Ex-fiancé Brandon Matthews.

He is a pretty cool guy but he has some trust issue that needs to be sorted out. It's sad they had a fight and they broke up but what I do not understand is why the hell is he banging my door in the middle of the night?

Oh! He is drunk great! Have some mercy on me God!

"What the hell are you doing in my apartment Brad?" I groan as I opened the door.

"So...SSS...Sorry to disturb you Sarah but I did not know where to go. Emma left me. How could she?" he slurs.

I roll my eyes and let him in. Well if she left him doesn't that mean she doesn't want him to find her?

Shaking my head at the way he stumbled inside I can't help but be a good sister and offer him a glass of water before interrogating him.

"So, what's this time? She doesn't love you? Or is she having that imaginary affair that you claim?" He looks at me and grumbles.

"Jeremy"

I try to control my anger taking deep breaths. Oh! How I wish I can strangle his neck right now. Why can't a guy think that a girl and guy can be best friends?

"Can you just call her and ask where she is? She is not picking my calls" he requests.

I sigh before I dial my sister number. Even if all I want to do is go to bed I know he will make chaos in this state he is till I finally call her. So, its better I just do it. What choice do I have anyway?

The phone keeps ringing and just when I go to cut it someone picks it up. Bless you!

"Can I talk to Emma? Thanks"

I wait till Jeremy gives her the phone. Oh she is with him, not a good thing at all. As soon as my sister voices rings I start without missing a beat.

"Why on earth is Brad in my apartment in the middle of the night drunk? No! Wait don't answer just fix it please!"

I can seriously do anything to have some good night sleep even if it means begging my sister. I once again start my but stop when I hear her crying.

Shit!

"No! I can't. Not anymore every single time he accuses me of things I have not done. I can't handle it anymore, we are over"

And just like that she cuts the line. Awesome!

"What did she tell?" Brad asks lying on the couch.

Seriously, he is so not spending his night in my apartment. This isn't some place to just barge in when you have a bad break up.

"She hanged up on me. You know what Brad you and I need to sleep so when we wake up we are going to talk like adult about it okay? And you need to leave..."
