I was shopping for baby clothes for baby Sofia with Violet when it happened. We were looking at some cute onesies when suddenly Violet's water broke. Not thinking straight, I quickly dragged her out in her wheelchair ti the parking lot and then I carefully lifted her and put her down in the car. She was actually very light.
"Nikki get me to the hospital it hurts", she cried. "Just breathe in and out slowly", I try to sound reassuring. Then I quickly call Antony. The second he answers the phone, I scream "Violet's giving birth and we are going to the hospital. We'll be waiting for you there". I turn off my phone and quickly start driving straight to the hospital. "Thank you Nikki", Violet says weakly as a nurse wheels her away to the delivery room.
Exactly an hour later I'm holding
Sofia Adeline Wells. She looks just like her Violet but she has Antony's eyes. Violet looks exhausted but she's smiling from ear to ear. Anthony is also smiling. Welcome to the world Sofia Adeline Wells.
