January 17th
                              The day started off okay.
We woke up and went to church.
Then came the part that I have been fearing all week.
Practice.
Don't get me wrong, I'm happy that we get to help Daniel but today was going to be hard.
7 hours of practice.
                              Yup! That's right, from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m.
The reason being that Daniel and MacKenzie are going back to L.A. next Sunday so Daniel wants to propose on Saturday.
And Daniel wants it to be perfect, so we have to practice really long because we don't have time to practice any other day until the day of the actuall proposal.
We left the girls at mom's and dad's house and off we went to practice.
When everyone got there, Daniel gathered us together and said "Today you have to get ready for the exhaustion of a crucial practice. I will not treat you like kids like I did last time, you will get this song right, not a single beat shall be missed, today, you will practice like the mature adults that you are, you will be strong, you will practice until you drop!"
Daniel was acting like a coach and we were his players that had to listen to his every command.
I found it adorable, the way that he was doing it all for MacKenzie.
He may be one of the strict when it comes to getting things right, but at the end of the day he does it all for his love.
It makes me fan girl like a teenage girl on the inside.
                              Practice was exhausting though!
We were all literally dropping by the end of it all.
But we managed... somehow.
We did have several short breaks.
I'm really thankful that Daniel even let us have breaks.
He was really strict, but in the end it was worth it.
Sore feet, sore hands and hoarse voices were all worth it.
Because we managed to do it.
We managed to satisfy Daniel.
After we managed to satisfy him,
he wanted us to do it again and again.
He wanted to make sure that it all stays fresh in our minds until Saturday.
Finally, he was satisfied with our work enough times to let us go.
"Be there at 7:30 p.m. sharp to set everything up, MacKenzie and I will be there at 8 p.m. so do not dissapoint me." Daniel said strictly at the end of practice.
                              Then we were finally free!!!
We went to collect the girls.
"Sorry that it took so long mom", I croaked.
"It's okay dear, it looks like Daniel wore you out", she laughed.
I already told mom about MacKenzie and Daniel and about the song.
When I told her, she chuckled quietly and said "Oh you young people, enjoy being young while you are young."
Yeah, well then, I better take her advice and go enjoy it, by going to sleep.
I'm really worn out after practice so I better go to sleep now.
                              Goodnight dear diary.
