Jasmine

october 27th, homecoming game day..
I was currently on the football field with the dance team during lunch. Our coach wanted us to run through the dance and spacing a couple times for the game tonight.

"Okay! 5,6,7,8..!" She instructed after putting us in our correct spots. I started off by calling it and then everyone joined in.

After a good 10 minutes of doing our field dance and our stands dance, she let us take a break. I sat down and drank from my water bottle as I texted Keith.

keith..💓
you guys still practicing?

yes 🙄 i'll come meet you
as soon as we finish up here.

keith.. 💓

i bought you some lunch btw.

and water.

😍 my fave, tysm ❤️

I smiled at my phone as I looked at the screen. Jada, and Diana came and sat next to me.

"Who ya textin' that's got you all giddy?" Diana teased as she playfully nudged me.

"Nobody girl." I laughed. Jada looked at me and playfully rolled her eyes.

"We both know she probably texting Keithhhh." She dragged out in a playful manner. I shushed her.

"Girl, shut yo loud ass up. Ion' need the whole world in my business." I told her as we laughed.

"I still can't get over how he asked you to HoCo." Diana gushed. I smiled at her. Diana was a hopeless romantic and loved all things relationships.

"He brave as hell. I would've had to tell Bryshere to sit the fuck down, embarrassing me like that." Jada said. Diana and I laughed at her. Her and Bryshere were that one ghetto, but cute and hilarious ass couple.

"And he probably would've did as you say. That boy kisses the ground you walk upon." I said, laughing.

"That's what happens when you mess with Jadaaaa," She said sticking her tongue out. "Got his ass hooked and wrapped around my finger." She said making little sound effects. "Aahaa!"

We couldn't help but to laugh with her. The three of our personalities were so different yet we clicked so well together. With me being the quiet and observant one, Diana the woke and nerdy one, and Jada being the loud and obnoxious one, we seemed to fit together perfectly like pieces in a puzzle.

"Alright girls, you guys look good. You can go back to lunch, but don't forget to meet in the dance room during 7th period so you all can get dressed and ready to perform for the game tonight. You are all dismissed." Coach announced.

"Okay, well I won't be with y'all today at lunch. Keith asked me to meet him." I told Diana and Jada as we got our stuff together.

"Okay, sweets. Love you!" Diana said as we walked our separate ways.

"Love you too!"

Keith

I watched as Jasmine approached the table I was sitting at with the boys. I smiled and this made all of their heads turn towards her.
