The mechanics of the game:
One whole class will play the game. The teacher would pick one random paper to behold who's it. The chosen one should be asked whether his/her choice is "Truth or Dare"
Once the player has decided what he/she should do, they must answer or do it.
They must not be scared.
They must not change their choice.
They must not surrender or back out.
THEYMUSTFOLLOW THE RULES. That's how they'll play the game.
Once you enter the game, you can never escape.
