[18] Secret Files of Megumi Mitsuko

I have been wandering the halls for quite a while now. Seeing a lot of rocks and dust on the floor, I can't even identify which debris they were talking about. Walking around for a bit, I saw a large pile of rocks at the end of the hallway.

I then ran towards it, pulling the small rocks away and try to push the huge debris out of the way. As I looked to my right, I saw a guy looking at me. I thought he was going to kill me on that spot but he just went over to me, helping me push the rock away.

"W-Who the hell are you?" I asked as he just stared at me before ignoring my question. I knitted my eyebrows as he looked away, his bangs covering his other eye. Then, another figure came as I realized who it was.

"Did you get the documents, Fujimiya-san?" he asked me as he quickly looked over at the other guy.

"Katsu, what are you doing here? I thought you were at the 3rd Floor," he said as Katsu shrugged, still trying to push the large debris with me.

"Thought I could be of help, Shin. I saw Fujimiya-san trying to get this large debris off," Katsu pointed out as Shin then nods, helping us push it off. As we felt it move, we continued to push it with all our might as it then rolled away towards the center.

Grabbing the documents, I opened it to make sure it was Megumi's. It was. I was about to leave but a tug prevented me from doing so. I turned back around to see Shin looking at me.

"Please give this to Jun. Help her solve this. This might be the only way to stop everything and to get you all out of here," he said as I quickly nodded, gripping the files tightly. I then ran back, seeing the hallways getting dimmer and dimmer.

As I went downstairs, I could hear someone laughing in unison behind me. I didn't even turn around and quickly opened the door of the classroom, earning a few gasp from the students.

I then gave Jun the files as she eyed it suspiciously. Akio, on the other hand, seemed a bit curious about what's on the file. I just went sat back beside Akira as both Jun and Akio gave me a confused glance before I looked away from them.

I looked down at Jun's lap to see a folder with a bunch of documents. I gave her a raised eyebrow as she nods at me. She then opened it and read the first one. It wasn't much more of a document, more like a bunch of news clippings.

STUDENT FOUND DEAD AT SATSUJIN ACADEMY

At exactly 10:30 am, August 12, 1999, a student's body was found lying motionless at the ground. Her organs were splattered underneath her body, head split wide open while her body lay in an uncomfortable position. She had bruises and injuries on her arms and the signs of struggle was visible.

According to the forensics, the scars on her body and the mild bruises were from an extensive beating she had before the incident. They concluded that depression was the cause of the suicide.

The victim's name was Natsumi Hiroka, a freshman from Class 2-B. She had a brown hair that reaches up to her shoulder, red eyes, and slim figure. Based on the pin she had on her uniform, she was the vice president of the student council government and the leader of the Martial Arts club.

Me and Jun quickly looked at each other as we saw another news clipping that was attached on Natsumi's. Though, this one was from another student.

STUDENT LAY MOTIONLESS ON THE CAMPUS GROUND

August 13, 1999 - A body of a boy was lying on the front door of the Satsujin Academy, motionless. The paramedics had tried to wake him up and do a CPR (Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation) but was pronounced dead after they noticed that the boy wasn't breathing.

Scars and bruises had covered the boy's arms and legs as the forensics concluded that someone had tried to stop him from escaping. Though, no evidences were found shortly after the school had been investigated.

The victim's name was Hidou Akki, a senior from Class 2-A. He has a dark brownish hair, blue eyes, and tall figure. Based on the pin he had on his uniform, he was also a part of the student council government. The president of the school and the leader of the Photography club.

We then saw a thin notebook slipping out of the document and went to check it. It had a name on the first page. Opening it, we saw a red written letter for us. Great.

BEWARE OF THE GIRL IN RED. SHE WILL HUNT YOU DOWN.

I then heard someone banging the door as I stood up. I could hear Shin's frantic yelling on the other side as Jun gave me a scared glance. I ran towards the door, pressing my ear against the door.

"Shin, what's happening?" I then heard another bang on the door as I backed away, shocked. Sakura, on the other hand, was screaming a bit in terror.

"Just stay on Jun's side, Akio. Don't let her read Megumi's notebook." I gulped, shaking my head as if he could see me. I then heard Shin kicking something as it was thrown against the hallway.

"We already did." I could hear a girl screaming loudly as all of us covered our ears. God, that is one loud scream. I then heard someone groaning as they were thrown on the floor.

I then breathed deeply, noticing that it was Shin who was on the floor. I could hear someone giggling on the other side as they were trying to open the door, banging it as well.

I then tried to close it, trying to forget the feeling of someone clawing my hands. After a few more minutes, they gave up. I then looked at my hands that were all bloody and full of claw marks.
