Me: America! Your kid has a question!

America: which kid exactly?

Me: The awesome Pennsylvania!

America: alrighty then!

Mexico and Canada: *sitting back and relaxing*

Me: you gotta sing another Imagine Dragons song! Nothing Left to Say/ Rocks.

America: are you sure? *looks over shoulder at dare on my phone* but that song is rather...

Mex: oh get on with it!

Canada: do you not like that song?

America: no! In fact, I really *scratches back of his neck* like this song. I just never thought someone would request it. Especially not one of my kids.

Me: I've never heard this song. I feel like such a horrible fan. *starts music as America stands on stage*

America: *deep breath and serious face as intro plays* Who knows how long I've been awake now?
The shadows on my wall don't sleep
They keep calling me, beckoning
Who knows what's right? *shrugs shoulders* The lines keep getting thinner
My age has never made me wise *smiles slightly*
But I keep pushing on and on and on and on

Mex, Canada, and Me: *shocked that he's singing like it's coming from the heart*

America: *gives sad smile* There's nothing left to say now, oh, oh
There's nothing left to say now, oh, oh
I'm giving up, giving up, hey, hey, giving up now
I'm giving up, giving up, hey, hey, giving up now *isn't looking at at anyone in particular just looks off in the distance as he sings*
There's nothing left to say now, oh, oh
There's nothing left to say now, oh, oh
I'm giving up, giving up, hey, hey, giving up now
I'm giving up, giving up, hey, hey, giving up now

Me and Canada: *turn on phone camera lights and sway them to the beat*

America: *looks hopelessly sad as he sings this part* Below my soul, I feel an engine
Collapsing as it sees the pain *grips shirt right above where his heart is*
If I could only shut it out
I've come too far to see the end now *shakes head sadly*
Even if my way is wrong *glances at Mex for a moment*
But I keep pushing on and on and on and on

Me: *crying*

Canada: *trying not to cry*

Mex: *not really sure what to think about this*

America: *gives a look that screams helplessness* There's nothing left to say now, oh, oh
There's nothing left to say now, oh, oh
I'm giving up, giving up, hey, hey, giving up now
I'm giving up, giving up, hey, hey, giving up now *exhaustedly slides hand through hair*
There's nothing left to say now, oh, oh
There's nothing left to say now, oh, oh
I'm giving up, giving up, hey, hey, giving up now
I'm giving up, giving up, hey, hey, giving up now

Canada: *starts crying*

America: *smiles kindly at Canada and gets teary eyed* I keep falling, I keep falling down
*drops to knees*I keep falling, I keep falling down
Hey! *looks darkly at the three of us directly in the eyes*
I keep falling, I keep falling down *a few tears escape*
I keep falling, I keep falling down *takes off his glasses and puts them in his coat*
If you could only save me *reaches out hand and reaches for us*
I'm drowning in the waters of my soul

Me and Canada: *dropped our phones and are crying while hugging each other*

Mex: *opens mouth like he was going to say something then closes again*

America: *sets both hands on the ground and bends over * There's nothing left to say now, oh, oh
There's nothing left to say now, oh, oh
I'm giving up, giving up, hey, hey, giving up now
I'm giving up, giving up, hey, hey, giving up now
There's nothing left to say now, oh, oh
There's nothing left to say now, oh, oh
I'm giving up, giving up, hey, hey, giving up now
I'm giving up, giving up, hey, hey, giving up now

Mex: *hugs Canada*

Canada: *sniffling* are you crying?

Mex: no I just comforting you guys *pulls me into hug*

America: ohhhh *looks up at ceiling*

*music stops*

America: *wipes away tears and stands up*

Mex: is that the end?

*music starts again*

Canada: I guess not eh?

America: *He gives us his big goofy grin before putting his glasses*
Where do we go from here? *shrugs*
Where do we go from here?
I threw some rocks up at your window *twirls around*
I broke some rocks right through your window
*happily sways to the beat*

Me, Canada, and Mexico: *very shocked by change in beat and tone*

America: Timber timber, we're falling down *fake falls backward and catches himself*
Let the forest hear us out
Boom, badoom badoom, oh oh *acts like he is banging drums*
Boom, badoom badoom, oh oh
Why can't I see what's right in front of me *laughs and does an I don't know shrug with the hands*

Me and Canada: *swaying arms back and forth*

America: We fall, we fall apart *smiles happily*
We fall, we fall apart
We fall, we fall apart *dancing to the beat*
We fall, we fall apart *bows*

Me and Canada: *claps and cheers*

Mex: *claps for like two seconds, but then makes it look like he wasn't impressed*

Canada: don't forget to ask and dare! *me and him tackle America into a hug*

America: that's all for today folks! *laughs and hugs us back*
