Zeisha lazily opened her eyes, little by little, adjusting to the light that lashed through the curtain. She slowly stretched her arms and legs, gushing through the pain of her sore body.

"Eomma.." She called for her mom with her weak voice that came out more like a whisper.

"Are you awake now?" The worried voice of her mom made her look at the couch in the other side of her room. "Are you feeling pain somewhere?"

"Eomma, what happened?" She closed her eyes and racked her brain, trying to remember what had happened.

Her Mom sighed and looked at her with serious eyes while gently caressing her hair. "You passed out after spending all day yesterday in the dance studio."

"Ohhh.." She slowly nodded while trying to connect the things that are playing in her mind.

"Your Aunt.."

Those two words from her Mom made a continuous flow of memory. And she started sobbing. Things happened one after the other that she wasn't able to handle it well.

"How's Cris coping up Mom? Have you heard anything from her? Were you able to talk to her?"

Her Mom shook her head. "Her personal assistant is keeping me informed about anything, but Cris just wouldn't talk to anyone."

Zeisha's sobbing became an evident cry as she tried to imagine what her cousin is currently going through. "Such a hard-headed brat. Why don't she just show everyone that she is in pain? Why wouldn't she tell anyone her pain?"

"Just give her time darling. She'll come home soon you'll see." Her mom drew a deep sigh again and held Zeisha's hand. "Aside from your Aunt and your cousin, is there something else bothering you?"

Zeisha bowed her head, unable to meet her mom's eyes. How should she tell her that her daughter is experiencing love problem? "Sorry Mom."

"It's fine if you are not ready to tell Mom. Just please.." She patted Zeisha's head then cupped her chin. "..please don't overwork yourself again okay?"

She nodded without looking at her and slipped under the covers again while remembering the past few most complicated days of her life.

She felt herself floating in the air as if she was being carried by someone. Zeisha tried to open her eyes but her dizziness just kept getting worse, making her want to throw up. After sometime, she felt herself being laid on a bed. The moment her back felt the fluffy bed beneath, she fell into never-ending darkness.

Even before the dawn breaks, she woke up to the feeling that she wasn't alone in the bed. And her intuition was right. Sungyeol was curled on the far edge of the bed. It was as if he stayed up all night watching over her.

Because sleep seemed to have left her on such an early hour, she couldn't do anything but to stare at the ceiling, the interior design of the room, the curtains. She shifted her position and her eyes landed on the man who is sleeping soundly like a baby.

When suddenly Sungyeol moved, he almost fell on the carpet. Not wanting that to happen again, Zeisha, with all her might, moved him towards the center of the bed. After all those movements, he didn't even get awakened.

Zeisha smiled while she stared at his face, sleeping more calmly and comfortable now. He is such a deep sleeper, like a giant baby. And the more she stared at him, the more restless her heart had become.

'Is that even possible?'

'Did I start liking him already?'

'Why is my heart beating this fast just by looking at him?'
