"Lucifer!" I shouted, my eyes wide. A mischievous grin spread across his face as he continued to torture me. "Stop it!" I shrieked, although I couldn't help the loud laughs that bubbled uncontrollably out of my mouth. "Please!" I pleaded through gasps. Most (If not all) people see him as a bad guy. The bad guy. but to me, he was a big teddy bear. Once you managed to scratch off the psychotic layers at least. But hey! I loved him.

Currently, I was being pinned on the ground, and getting tickled to oblivion by the devil himself. Yes. Tickled. We where spending the day together, just us, away from angels, demons, humans, and anything. We had just gotten back from dinner because it was our big five hundred. We had been together for five hundred years now. Yes it might not seem long for him, but for me it was most of my life that I had spent with him. I was five hundred and twenty eight years old. I was a witch. A damn good one at that.

Well, maybe not since I was being overpowered by tickles. I squirmed, but couldn't stop laughing. An idea popped into my head, and I made the lamp in the corner explode, reciting the spell in my head. That's one of the reasons why I was so good. I'd been a witch long enough to be able to simply think the spell and then bam it was done.

This distracted Lucifer long enough for me to wriggle away, and hide in the closet. Because a closet in hell would obviously hide me from him. "Aw come on Y/N!" Lucifer shouted playfully. I could practically see the pout on his face. I giggled and sunk further into the protective shield that was the armoire.

Suddenly the door was flung open, and there stood a grinning Lucifer. I was the only one he would ever show this side of himself to. This genuinely playful loving side. And it only ever came out when we were alone. He was always crude sarcastic, arrogant senile, and downright evil with everyone else, but with me, he couldn't be further from it. He grabbed me, and swung me over his shoulder, making me laugh loudly.

"I surrender! Please! I'll do anything!" I cried out in desperation. Lucifer stopped. "Anything?" He asked, a tone I 100% did not trust in his voice. "Yes!" I said anyway, a smile still plastered onto my cheeks. Lucifer then set me down on our bed. "Marry me," He spoke, dead serious. My eyes widened, and My heart began to beat faster. "What?" I asked, wondering if he was serious or not.

In all these years marriage had never come up. I assumed it was because it didn't need to be brought up. We were both so old and so detached from any and all human customs that it never really seemed important. I always just assumed I would be with him forever anyway. Five hundred years was nothing compared to how long I wanted to be by his side.

Lucifer then seemed appear almost nervous, although I knew he would never admit to it. "Nothing, forget I said anything," He spoke, but I shook my head. "No I don't want to forget!" I spoke gripping onto his hand. "Were you serious? Did you actually want to do that? Officially?" I asked softly, my other hand resting on his chest.

"You don't think it's stupid...? Pointless really? I mean either way we are never going to end you and I," He spoke, and I shook my head. "No I don't think it's stupid. Pointless...Maybe. Because no matter what you know I'll be with you until the very end. But stupid? Never," I assured, my voice speaking with the sincerity I felt.

Lucifer stayed silent, and I saw him thinking hard. "So...Do you want to then? Get married I mean?" I felt myself grin widely. "You should damn well know my answer," I jumped into his arms and kissed him deeply, wrapping my own arms around his neck. He held me close and kissed me back passionately.

When we pulled back, Lucifer was holding me with one arm, and the other arm was hovering beside our faces holding something. I moved further back to see what he held, and I couldn't help the gasp that escaped my lips as a warmth fluttered through me. Lucifer had taken the time to get a ring. A gorgeous golden ring with a blood red ruby in the center.

"Luci..." I whispered his nickname, gently getting off of him. He smiled softly. The smile was a true smile. A smile that was very very rare to see on his face. It was the most beautiful smile I had ever seen and showed truly how pure and perfect he was. "Do you like it? I made it myself. It's one of a kind. There will never be another like it,"

He gently took out the ring and I was in awe. The golden band was carved with beautiful designs that reminded me of a rose stem with thorns, the ruby being the rose. The ruby was flecked with black, which was also visible inside the carved designs on the gold band. It was absolutely stunning. "Luci it's perfect," I managed to breath.

Lucifer's smile widened, and I saw the pride blossom in his deep blue eyes. He took my left hand ever so carefully and slid the ring onto my finger. It fit perfectly. The ruby glowed slightly, and I squinted at it. "It's my grace. I put some of my grace inside the ruby. I wanted to give you part of...Myself," He mumbled.

Tears sprung to my eyes and I kissed him again, putting as much of my love as I could into the kiss. "I love you so much my Lucifer. You're so perfect, so brilliant, so amazing," I breathed, running my fingers through his short blond hair. "I love you with my entire being, and I wouldn't ever change that," I promised, and Luci grinned. "I love you too my queen,"
