“DEAN!”

Dean jumped when he heard the deep voice of his angel friend scream his name. Quickly, Dean sprung out of his chair, and raced towards the place Castiel's voice came from. “Cas?!” Dean called, worried something had happened. Just as Dean was about to enter the room Cas was in, the angel came rushing out, colliding with the hunter.

“Dean t-there's white...Things...Falling from the sky! I-I don't understand what's happening!” Cas exclaimed, clearly distressed, his ocean blue eyes as big as saucers. Dean felt his eyebrows pull together in confusion. He looked up, and saw the window where Cas was looking out of. Dean's eyes traveled from the window, to Cas and back before the hunter burst out laughing.

Heavy footsteps suddenly thundered outside of the room and soon, Sam had entered, panting. “What's going on? I heard a scream,” He breathed, looking at his brother and the angel. When Sam saw Dean hunched over and shaking with laughter, he scrunched his face, confused, and turned to Cas, who looked to be scared, confused, and stressed.

“This isn't funny Dean! The white things are falling faster!” Cas cried, pointing out the window to the outside. Something clicked in Sam's brain, and a laugh rumbled out of his mouth. “That's what you where going crazy about?” He asked, beginning to laugh again. Cas looked between the brothers as if they had two heads.

“Y-you aren't going to do anything about it?!” He asked incredulously. Dean was wheezing by this time he was laughing so hard. Slowly, Dean stood back up, tears of laughter glistening in his candy apple green eyes. “No Cas...Ha...That's not a bad thing,” He muttered, catching his breath. Cas tilted his head to the side as he always did when confused.

“It's not?” He questioned, still keeping his eyes fixed on the window. That's when Sam spoke again. “Wait...Cas, you're telling me...You are millions of years old, and you've... Never seen...Snow?” He said, taking a step towards the angel. Cas pressed his lips together. “I'm afraid not,” He murmured. This only made Dean begin to laugh again.

“O-oh god! I-I haven't laughed this hard in...Ever!” He wheezed. A pink color began to form on the angels cheeks as he looked down in embarrassment. Sam chuckled one last time. “Well, I've got work to do so Dean, have fun teaching Cas about snow,” he said, and walked out of the room. Dean managed to control his laughter, and stood up straight, turning to Castiel.

“Alright Cas, we are going to go outside,” Dean said, grabbing Castiels wrist, and dragging him to the door. “B-but Dean! I don't want to!” Cas stuttered, the idea of white things falling from the sky spooking him. Dean stopped, and turned to the angel, a smirk coloring his features. “Cas...Are you...Scared of snow?”

Cas nodded without hesitation, causing Dean to snort with laughter. “Ok, well it's cold, and it's basically like soft frozen water,” Dean tried to explain, while opening the front door. Castiel's eyes widened in terror and a gust of cold wind blew up his trench coat. He gasped, and jumped on top of Dean, grabbing onto him for dear life.

Dean yelped in surprise, and nearly toppled backwards, but managed to stay upright, holding the angel. “Cas! Get off me you big trench coat baby!” Dean complained, but he secretly didn't mind. Cas shook his head frantically and Dean sighed, taking a step into the outside world. As soon as the big fluffy snow flakes fell into Cas's face, he let out a tiny scream, and fell off Dean, landing in a pile of snow.

After the initial shock of the situation, Cas began to feel the cold seeming under his skin. He jumped up, and rushed back to Dean. “DEAN! IT BURNS!” He cried, once again latching onto the hunter. Dean chuckled, but all of a sudden, Cas let go of Dean, and his eyes began to glow, as well as his mouth.

Dean realized what Cas was doing, and clamped his hands over the angels mouth. “Don't leave your vessel!” He scolded. Cas whimpered, but stopped, and began shivering. Dean shook his head at Cas and without thinking, scooped him up into his arms, and brought him back inside. Once they made it back, Dean closed the door, and set Castiel down on the couch, grabbing a soft blanket, and draping it over his shoulders.

“W-why would...F-father c-c-create s-snow?” Castiel stuttered, his teeth chattering. Dean smiled softly, and shrugged. “He's you're dad not mine,” Dean defended. “Well technically God is indeed you're-” Dean cut off Cas before he could continue his rant. “How about we start the fire?” Cas nodded, still shiverring.

Dean started a fire in the fire place, and moved next to Castiel onto the couch, their legs brushing together lightly as Dean wrapped his arms around the frozen angel. Cas looked like a kitten wrapped up in a huge blanket, and Deans muscular arms, only his face poking out, his sharp blue eyes captivating Dean. All at once, Castiel turned, his eyes locking with Deans. Dean panicked, and quickly looked down, his cheeks flushing.

Suddenly, Cas began to speak. “Perhaps the snow isn't so bad,” He muttered thoughtfully. Dean frowned in confusion, looking back up at Cas. “What do you mean?” He asked the angel. “Because if there wasn't any snow, I would not be in your arms,” Castiel whispered. Dean's face was on excruciatingly hot by now, and he was pretty sure it wasn't because of the roaring fire in front of them.

“I-I...Uh...” Dean stuttered, but before he had time to process what was happening, a celestial being had placed his lips on Deans. Both men where too caught up to notice the moose standing in the doorway, a smirk on his lips as he took out his phone. “Ahem...Destiel...Ahem,” Sam coughed, snapping a picture.

 “SAM!”
