Dean entered the bunker with much difficulty, closing the door, thenletting his body slump against it in pain. Dean's right hand waspressing into his upper abdomen, which had a deep gash over it. Deanknew this meant trouble. He had walked three blocks in this state,and lost a lot of blood. He couldn't believe he let some dude with aknife catch him off guard in an alley...He was just so lost inthought that he didn't notice until it was too late...

Dean felt his head spinning, and he stumbled down the stairs,collapsing against the dining room table, and letting out a cry. Hetook a few breaths trying to keep himself from passing out, andheaved himself up, grabbing the first aid kit, and setting it on thetable. He tried to open it, but his vision kept failing him, makingit nearly impossible.

That was when the sound of a door opening and closing caught hisattention. He looked up and saw a now human Castiel, walk out of hisroom, wearing his usual attire, but looking like he had just wokenup. "Dean?" He asked groggily, rubbing his eyes. Dean shoved thefirst aid kit behind him, and used his jacket to try and conceal hiswound.

"Hey Cas," Dean croaked, his mouth dry. Castiel frownedslightly, tipping his head to one side. "Where have you been?" Heasked, his voice sounding a bit concerned. "Bar," Dean answeredsimply, leaning on the table, and doing his best to stay upright."Why did you not inform me?" Cas asked. "I was beginning toworry," He admitted.

"No worries...Go back to bed," Dean huffed, struggling to keephis head up. Cas eyed Dean suspiciously, "Dean you look pale-"Cas cut himself off as Dean's legs buckled and he dropped to hisknees, falling to the ground. "Dean!" Cas cried, his wholedemeanor changing as he rushed to his hunters side.

Dean's head dipped forward, his eyes fluttering and his hand fallingfrom his wound, blood beginning to drip to the floor. Cas gave out asmall gasp, and quickly grabbed Dean, holding him as Dean let himselfslump completely against Cas. "Dean! DEAN!" Cas criedfrantically, his heart hammering against his ribcage as he tippedDean's face up to get a good look at him.

Dean's face was very pale, and his lips where dry, his eyes spinningas he began to drift out of consciousness. "M'fine," Deanmumbled, and Cas let out a loud cry upon seeing the large stab woundin Dean's stomach. "SAM! HELP!" Cas yelled, his voice cracking ashe pressed his hand to Dean's injury trying to stop the bleeding.

Dean made a strangled choking sound, his face twisting to one ofpain. "Dean....Dean p-please! LOOK AT ME," Cas begged, using hisfree hand to hold Dean's head, and rub his hair. "DEAN!" he yelled, and the hunter grunted, moving his eyes to Castiel. BeforeCas knew what was happening, tears started to pour out of his eyes assobs took over his body.

"Y-you'll...B-be ok...You-...You c-can fight it..L-look at meDean!" He blubbered, his hands trembling in fear. "Cas?!" A newvoice called out. Sam instantly came running into the room. As soonas his eyes landed on his brother, his face drained of color, and hisbreath got caught in his throat. "O-oh god.." He choked, rushingover.

Tears also sprung to Sam's eyes as he began to sob. "N-noDean...Dean please! I-I'm gonna call an a-ambulance!" Hespluttered, shakily dialing 9-1-1. Dean was completely out of it now,barely able to keep his eyes open, and hardly able to hear a thing.He was able to see how frantic Cas looked as he screamed at him, hismouth moving but to Dean, no words came out.

Cas grabbed Dean's cheek, and shook his face. "DEAN WINCHESTERYOU....YOU S-STAY WITH ME Y-YOU HEAR?!" He gasped, completelybreaking down. Dean managed to hear that, and used the last bit ofhis strength to say the one thing he had never been able to saybefore. "I-I love you Cas,"

It was so quiet, Cas barely heard, but he did, and the horror thatpassed through his face when he realized this was it, made a teartrickle out of Dean's eye. "I-I love you too! D-Dean I-I loveyou.... so very m-much! Please! P-please do not...L-leave me!" Hepleaded, breaths raggedy, and utter terror on his face as he heldonto Dean as if he where the most precious thing to exist, which toCas... He certainly was.

Dean smiled weakly. Cas loved him back, and that was all he neededto know. What happened next came so fast, Castiel hardly had time toreact. Dean's breathing suddenly stopped, and his head tipped to theside, eyes open but glazed over with a ghostly look. His lips stayedparted, and a drop of blood trickled out of his mouth, and drippedonto the floor.

Castiel felt himself freeze, and the color completely drain from hisface. His stomach lurched, and his heart dropped. His head began tospin, he started wheezing and gasping, trying to breathe, but howcould he breathe, when the man he loved wasn't? "No..." Hewhimpered, but it came out more as a small exhale. Cas grabbed Dean'sface, and lifted his head to look into his eyes, only to cry outloudly upon seeing the lifeless look on his face.

"NO!" He screamed louder, his trembling hands gripping ontoDean, and his cries intensifying until he could barely breath. "NO!D-DEAN P-PLEASE! W-WAKE UP!" He wailed, agony seeping through eachantagonizing word. He was in hysterics, and he had no idea what todo...Because Dean was his everything. Dean was his world. Dean washis reason for existence. Dean was the most important thing in theworld to him....And he was just ripped away from him.

Cas hadn't realized he was hyperventilating, until he completelystopped breathing, his body shaking, and broken cries escaping hislips. "NO!" He screamed, holding Dean close, and glaring upwards."BRING HIM BACK YOU SON OF A BITCH YOU BROUGHT ME BACK!" He criedto his father, the tears fogging up his line of sight. "P-please...Ineed him...I love him....You-you can't..." Castiel collapsed intobroken cries of anguish, hugging Dean tightly, and crying into hischest. "Come back...Come back..."
