"Gabey poo!" I called from the couch of my home with the Arch angel. "Yes sugar?" I heard my husband call back. I couldn't help but smile hearing his melodious voice. "You need to come cuddle with me now!" I whined, pouting as if I were a child. Gabe's chuckling came into hearing range as he appeared in the doorway, wearing an adorable shit eating grin.
"Is someone in a needy mood?" He teased, walking over and flopping beside me. "Yes yes we are. Now give us a kiss," I grinned and puckered my lips. Instead of kissing me, Gabe placed a hand on my large belly and pressed a loving kiss to it. "Gabeeeee kiss meeeee!" I complained, pretending to be jealous that our unborn child was getting more attention than I. In reality, I adored seeing my husband act so loving to them.
Gabe's honey colored eyes floated up to me and he grinned cheekily. "Oh alright," And soon his soft lips found mine. I hummed in contentment and nuzzled closer to my angel, my hand cupping his cheek. "My girls are perfect," Gabe spoke softly once we had pulled appart and I giggled, smiling widely and placing my other hand over his, which still rested over my belly.
"I do believe it would be a good idea to brainstorm names. We still haven't found one we like and shes due any day now," I pointed out, my forehead resting against my husbands. Gabe clicked his tongue. "You're right. But I'm putting up a fight for Gabriela!" He exclaimed, earning himself an eyeroll.
"Gabriel we are not naming our daughter the female version of your name!" I exclaimed for what seemed like the hundredth time. Gabe only snickered in response, and I found his laughter contagious, I too breaking into giggles. "You're hopeless," I teased, shaking my head at him. "A hopeless romantic," He spoke, and handed me a rose he got from god knows where.
I laughed and blushed. After all this time together, this idiot could still make me feel like a school girl. "I love you so much," I grinned, and he set the rose on the nightstand by our bed. "And I love you sweet tart," I kissed him softly, wrapping my arms around him. He gave a happy sigh and kissed me back with a burst of love.
Suddenly, a sharp pain rippled through my body and I gasped giving a yelp and pulling back, my eyes wide as I gripped my stomach. ""Y/N?" Gabe asked, his voice now laced with seriousness. I had been having contractions for a few day's meaning our little one was wanting out. This one seemed much sharper than the others. "I think this is it," I breathed.
Gabe's eyes widened significantly and he sprung into action. We had a plan, the two of us. You see, this birth was going to be hard. Very hard and very painful. Quite dangerous too because I was a mere human, giving birth to a baby that was going to be half angel. A Nephilim. So from the moment we knew I was pregnant, we had made a plan of action.
"Balth, Cas, Mike and Luci it's time," Gabe spoke out loud, snapping his fingers. Our room was suddenly a hospital room, and I was in scrubs, laying in position. Another contraction hit and I groaned, leaning my head back and feeling the pain rippling through me. This was only the beginning. I was scared. Hell I had a right to be. This birth was going to be so intense, Gabe had to get four of his brothers to help out. One of which tried to kill him at one point. Everything had been solved now, but it was still slightly unnerving.
"Brother," Gabe and I both looked to see the four of them arrive. They were all wearing scrubs, and I definitely would have been laughing if I wasn't in so much pain. Gabe wanted everyone to be clean while handling the baby, but seeing heavens warriors in scrubs was certainly an interesting sight.
"Luci, your job is to make sure Y/N's health is maintained throughout the birth. Balthazar, you keep constant tabs on the baby's health. Make sure she's healthy. Cassie, you help Mike who is, in charge of delivering. The baby will have wings, and I need You Cas to make sure they don't extend until she's out of Y/N or it could end...horribly. Mike, make sure her halo is strong. We do not want a broken halo for our baby!" Gabriel began barking orders, and the others did as told.
Another contraction hit and I cried out in pain, writhing and choking out a small sob. They were getting more and more painful. "Her vitals are steady. Heart rate up, but that's to be expected," Lucifer informed Gabriel on my condition. "The baby's health is also well," Balthazar chimed in, while michael checked to see how far dilated I was. "Y/N is four centimeters dilated already," He spoke up.
I breathed deeply, whimpering and gripping onto Gabe's hand as tight as I could. "Fuck Fuck Fuck Fuuuuck!" I cried, and yelled again. "Shh it's okay sugar it'll be okay I promise. We are all here for you," Gabe soothed, his voice managing to calm me ever so slightly. He placed a cool rag on my forehead and whispered sweet nothings in my ear.
Half an hour went by and I couldn't do it. I screamed in pain, my body trembling. Gabe and Lucifer had tried to use their abilities to ease my pain, but my body wasn't having it. "I-I can't!" I sobbed, tears streaming down my sweat covered face. "Yes you can, yes you can baby just a little longer. Mikey say's you're already eight centimeters dilated. It hurts so much because your muscles and bones are shifting to make room for the baby at an incredibly high speed" He explained, eyes full of empathy.
I screamed again, my eyes squeezing shut. "Her blood pressure is dropping significantly!" Luci exclaimed, eyes wide, and I whimpered, feeling dizzy and nausues. "Y/N! Y/N come on baby focus on me!" Gabe urged, cupping my cheek. My eyes opened and I sobbed loudly. "Make i-it stop!" I cried, feeling weak, and very tired.
"Just hold on sweetie," Gabe choked out, and I noticed the tears in his eyes. He had always hated seeing me in pain. Ten minutes passed, but I made it and started pushing. I used my final strength and a loud scream to push out a beautiful baby girl. That was the last thing I remembered before darkness.

The first thing I noticed when feeling returned was the mumbling voices. I was confused, until memories came floating back. Slowly my eyes pried open, and I blinked groggily. "G-gabe...?" I managed to whisper, my eye sight managing to make out the images of all five angels gathered around me.
"Y/N!" Gabe cried. I smiled weakly at my husband, who leaned forward in his seat, taking my hand. I went to speak but noticed the tear streaks down his cheeks, and his red puffy eyes. He looked so fragile, a mixture of emotions covering his face. Relief, fear, sadness, happiness, and once again relief. He looked as if a weight had just been lifted off his shoulders.
"Thank Dad you're okay!" He cried, tears forming in his beautiful eyes again. "Oh baby..." I spoke. "I'm so sorry....I'm okay now," I soothed, my thumb rubbing the back of his hand. He sniffled, a few tears escaping. "You scared the hell out of me," He croaked, voice cracking. "It's okay now my love," I whispered.
Gabe nodded, and I noticed the bundle in his other arm. My heart stopped and I gasped. "Oh my god," Tears sprang to my eyes. God there were so many tears. "Our baby," I grinned as did Gabe. "She's healthy and gorgeous. Just like her mom," Gabe whispered softly. I laughed and peeked over at her sleeping face. She was the epitome of perfect, and I cried in joy. The only reason I wasn't holding her was because I feared I would be too weak to, but as soon as I was strong enough, I'd never let her go.
I turned to look at the others who all wore soft smiles, even Licifer. "Thank you all so much," I breathed. "You saved me, and our little girl. I can never thank you enough," I breathed, and beckoned them over one at a time so I could give them all hugs. Surprisingly, they let me. "Although it was slightly terrifying, we we're glad to help," Balthazar spoke, and I blushed. "Sorry for...Almost dying," I mumbled sheepishly.
"Well you are safe now, and that's all that matters," Cas said, offering a smile, which I gladly returned. "Come on guy's. Let's give the family some privacy," Michael urged, and with the flutter of several pairs of wings, they were gone. I turned back to Gabe who was staring lovingly at our little girl. "So...We still need to give her a name," I whispered, and Gabe looked up at me smiling.
"Miracle," He spoke. "Miracle Grace. It's what she is. She's a miracle with grace," He grinned, and I smiled widely. "It's perfect. She's perfect. You're perfect you sap," He laughed and I reached out gently stroking Miracle's tiny head. "Mommy and Daddy love you. We will always take care of you our little Miracle,"
