Bellamy rounded the corner and didn't break his stride to reach her. His eyes locked on hers immediately and his body became fueled by adrenaline as his need to reach her grew. He gently pulled her into him without hesitation, avoiding the blood on her side. She instantly wrapped her arms around him as tears welled in her eyes. She partially expected him to pause upon seeing her but as she felt his eagerness radiating off of him, she knew why he hadn't needed a second to take her in. She could feel the same desperation within her as she felt his arms tighten around her.

Octavia silently moved forward to readjust Jamie's ivs, backing away from the pair when she finished. She watched their interaction with a small smile on her face and her smile broadened when Lincoln grabbed her hand and pulled her closer to him.

Jamie tensed when Abby and Jasper peeked into the room and Bellamy shifted slightly to block her view. Jackson retreated from the room, standing in the doorway to help build a barrier for the blonde. He knew how big this reunion was for her. How badly she needed it. Everyone in the room, and out, could clearly see how much those two needed each other.

Bellamy pulled back to see her face, thumb lightly caressing her cheek as his eyes studied her. He smiled lightly as he crashed his lips against hers and she sucked in a sharp breath when his tongue skimmed over hers.

This was the moment she'd been waiting sixty-four days for. The moment of finally having peace and feeling safe. The moment that could only happen in his arms.

Her hand twisted upwards, into his curls, and she pulled him even closer. He deepened the kiss as he pulled her flush against him and his large hand splayed against her back and held her against him. He shifted his body weight so his recently injured leg could rest. It seemed unreal now that he held her in his arms, that only a few days had passed since he thought Clarke could lead him to her. He should have known that Clarke had nothing to do with Jamie's disappearance.

Her eyes flickered down to the leg he favored and she arched a brow lightly. "You're hurt?" She whispered, voice breaking as the English words left her feeling weird.

"I'm perfect now." He replied, quickly dismissing her concern. His own eyes dropped lower to scan her body but she lifted his chin back up.

"Please don't. I'm not the same person you remember, Bell." Her words rushed together as tears welled in her eyes again.

He gently wiped a tear from her cheek and pulled her closer to him. "You're still my Jamie. That's all that matters. As long as you can heal from this..." He glanced over his shoulder at Octavia with an arched brow in question. She slowly nodded in reply and his attention went right back to the small girl in his arms. He could feel how much smaller she was than when she'd left and he had to fight to keep the rage from over powering him.

Jamie slowly nodded and rested her head against his shoulder, pulling him back into her again. The sound of footsteps echoed through the halls causing both Lincoln and Octavia to move to the door, ready to stop whoever tried to get through.

Bellamy didn't separate from her as he turned towards the door in anticipation, almost certain he knew who was coming.

Jamie's gaze drifted over Bellamy's shoulder, waiting for him to come into view. After all these years she knew without a doubt that one pair of those clumsy feet belonged to Monty.
