Pain. All Jamie felt was pain.

Her vision blurred, eyes tearing up as she stared blankly ahead. She could hear voices beside her and if she hadn't known who it was she wouldn't have been able to tell. Jasper seemed almost sober now as his fear spiked. He and Monty both had their arms around her, guiding her through the Arc.

Nothing made sense to her anymore.

Her heart clinched in pain and she let out a choked breath. It was so hard to breathe. She could feel the panic attack coming on as she continued to focus on the one known fact of her life. She shouldn't have been born.

Her mom, her dad, and Jake... no, not her dad. Jake was her dad. Not James. Is that why Clarke always called her Jaymes? Did she know the truth?

Her hands tightened on the ones held tightly in her own in an attempt to feel something other than pain and confusion. The boys she grasped onto squeezed back, keeping her present.

James died because he came out of hiding for her birth and she not even his child. Did Jake know? If her mom confided in Jaha then who else knew?

Three days had passed since my mom was yanked out into space. No one was allowed to see me. A guard was stationed outside. I hadn't had anything to eat since the last meal I had with her. I had no desire to eat anyway. I trembled as my arms wrapped around my legs and I sank further under the sheets on our bed. They still smelled like her.

I jumped at the sudden shouting on the other side of the door. My heartbeat spiked when I recognized his voice. Daddy? I leaned forward, eager to be with him.

"Let me see her! I need to see my girl!"

I climbed from the bed and grabbed the door handle, pulling it open enough for me to peer out. Jake's hair was messy and dirty, the dark skin under his eyes made him look so much older than he was. His eyes met mine and he sucked in a sharp breath. He stilled in the guard's hands and his eyes welled with tears.

"You're okay sweetie." His voice broke as he leaned closer to me, disregarding the guard fighting him back.

"Stay strong. I'll come back for you soon."

The promise in his gaze stayed with me as I shut the door and went back under the covers.

Jamie slowly blinked back the tears, hearing his words again. He said I need to see my girl. Did he know the truth? Had he known the whole time? What did he think about being with Abby the murderer after everything that happened?

She looked around in confusion. Where were they going? How...how did she even get here? Her feet started to drag as exhaustion flooded through her.

"Just a little bit farther Jamie Jam." Jasper whispered, tightening his hold.

She closed her eyes and started sagging against him and his slender frame curled into her. "It's okay, I got her." He said to the bigger boy on her other side. Monty. Her brothers. No matter what happened they were here. She loved her boys. They were the only reason she even came down with the rest of the 100 delinquents.

They were the ones that she could always count on. Even when Jasper was drinking and hurting himself, he was still here for her. She hadn't noticed she was crying until Jasper's shirt became damp against her face. A kiss was placed to her head as a door opened and she was led to a bed.
