We stood on Shredder's rooftop and looked around to make sure we weren't heard or seen. Leo went over the plan one more time for all of us. Casey and April were going to wait in the shellrazor. Don, Mikey, and Raph to the lab, and Leo and I go to the dungeon to get Asbel.
"Ready, team?" He asked.
"Ready." We all said in unison.
Leo nodded and we walked towards the sky light. I put my titanium bow over my shoulder and helped lift the window up slowly. Mikey tied rope for each of us tightly rooted on something and tugged. They all dived down and quietly into the room and I was the last to go down. I jumped down a couple feet and joined the rest. Leo put his hand up to stop us. He must've heard something. His hand motioned to split up and hide. I ran with Mikey and hid behind some wooden crates.
It was bad enough we couldn't see much in the dark. We heard heavy footsteps walk by slowly. A small growl came from whatever passed Mikey and I, glancing down at the crates behind us like it could pick up our sent. After it left, we made our way to our designated areas in Shredder's lair.
"Remember, once Angel and I have Asbel we're leaving no matter what. Just make sure you get at least a sample of it." Leo said.
"Sample of what?" I asked.
"Guys," Mikey whispered. "She needs to know before we go any farther."
"It's going to have to wait till after we get back to the lair." Donnie said.
I nodded, "fine. Let's go, Leo. The dungeon is this way."
I grabbed his collar and dragged him in the direction we were heading to.
"You can let go now, Angel." He grumbled after a couple minutes.
My hand released his collar and he fell over with a small thud. He narrowed his eyes at me and stood up. I glanced around the corner for any guards and saw none.
"What was that for?!" He whisper yelled.
"Just trying to get this mission moving along so we don't have to worry about Shredder finding us!" I whisper yelled back.
He pinched the bridge of his nose in frustration. "That was uncalled for."
"Not telling me everything I needed to know is uncalled for." I shot back.
He stared at me. "Is that what this is about? You're acting like a child, Angel!"
"Maybe if you told me my own father doesn't want me dead for once, we wouldn't be in this situation!" I whisper yelled, starting to walk along the hall we were in now.
"Maybe if you'd trust my brothers and I for once, you wouldn't be so pissed off." He grumbled.
"Well, maybe if you and your brothers haven't kept this big secret from me I wouldn't be!" I whisper yelled.
He was about to say something when he sighed and decided not to bother with it.
"I never said I don't trust you, Leo." I hold my arm.
"It sounds a lot like it." He caught up next to me and scanned the hall.
I looked around and spotted an occupied cell and jogged up to it.
"Angel, wait—" Leo got cut off by a familiar voice.
"Angel?" He asked.
