Cry's pov
Felix has been resting for a while. I've been worried he might not wake up. It's been two days! He should have woken up by now. Even Red is worried. There has to be someone watching him the whole time to make sure he doesn't wake up and hurt himself. Or to make sure nothing bad happens.

His bite is healing. Just like he said, no fever, no infection, nothing wrong. It almost seemed like a normal human bite. Not a Zombie bite. It was quite odd really. I've never seen anything like it and I don't think I will see anything like it again. How could someone be immune to all... this?

"Still not awake?" Red asked softly as she stepped into the room. I nodded and rubbed the exhaustion from my face. I haven't slept the whole time he's been resting. I'm too afraid something bad will happen again.

"You should get some rest. I'll take watch," Red offered. Well, more like told but I wasn't going to listen.

"No I'm fine. I don't need any rest," I waved her off. She frowned and gently slapped the back of my head.

"No you aren't idiot. Go sleep in mine and Russ' room. We aren't using it right now and you need sleep. Go!" She ordered. I sighed and left the room. I'm way too tired to argue right now.

I lay down on the surprisingly soft bed and immediatly felt drowsy. I tried to keep my eyes open to climb under the blankets but fell asleep midtask and ended up sleeping with the blankets only covering half my body. Awe well.

~sleep is for the weak. Get the fuck up~

I woke with the blankets pulled over my chest. Red must have visited in my sleep. It's something she would do; tuck you in while you're sleeping. She has that mothers attitude. I love it.

"Oh, you're awake," Russ said as he walked into the room. He was holding a plate of food in one hand and some spare clothes in his other. I sat up and realised my sweater had been removed and I was left in a short sleeve shirt, my bare arms showing and... the scars. (No not self harm)

I pulled the blannkets over my arms and looked blankly at the wall infront of me. Russ came over and pulled me into his arms. I hugged him tightly and held back a sob as memories of the past flashed in my vision.

"It's okay Cry. He can't find you anymore," Russ whispered. I sniffed and pulled away, avoiding his gaze as I did.

"Why is my jumper even gone?" I asked dully.

"You were getting pretty hot in your sleep. You had a nightmare of something and felt as hot as a furnis. Red took off your sweater to cool you down and it seemed to help the nightmare too. I was hoping you wouldn't be awake so I could put this on without problems," He explained, holding up another one of my blue hoodies.

"It's okay Russ. I know he can't touch me anymore. He should be far away," I said quietly. Russ nodded and excused himself. I waited until he left before pulling on the hoodie and leaving the room.

"How are you feeling?" Red's voice came from the other room.

"Good I guess." I immediatly followed the sound of that voice and hurried into Felix and I's room. Felix was stitting up on our bed with his back against the wall (cause they don't have a headrest).

I immediately ran over and pulled him into my arms. I took in everything; his scent, his warmth, the feel of him wrapping his arms around me too. I felt tears well up in my eyes but they didn't fall. I didn't let them fall.

"I'm so glad you're okay," I whispered for his ears only.

"Me too," he whispsred back. I understood what he meant and gave him a quick squeeze before pulling away. Red had been watching us carefully and gave me an informative nod. I nodded back and returned my gaze to a confused Felix.

"Don't worry about it okay. You just rest up. This time I don't want you leaving the room until you're fully recovered unless told so, got it?" I said to him firmly but softly. He nodded but didn't say a word as he stared at me. "What?"

As the word came out of my mouth Felix leant forward and quickly pulled my mask off, but before I could react his lips were against mine. I felt the same fireworks in my chest as I had the other night and leant into the kiss, completely forgetting about my mask.

He pulled away and rested his head against mine, staring into my eyes. I stared back, not wanting to break the contact. Our breaths mixed again and melded with my long hair. A smile formed on my face as I kissed him again, this time faster then the last. His smile broadened and as he leant back against the wall again.

"Holy shit I knew it." I turned to the sound of Russ' voice to see him staring at us from the doorway. I felt my face heat up and realised I didn't have my mask to hide it. I didn't bother putting it back on though because right now all I cared about was Felix.

"What did you know?" Felix said with a smirk.

"That you two liked eachother!" Russ said exasperated.

"I have no idea what you're talking about. Do you Felix?" I stated calmly.

"Not a clue," He said with a smile.

"You just... you... ahhhh. Nevermind. I'm going to take a nap," Russ said before leaving. Me and Felix burst out laughing and Red rolled her eyes at us.

"Make sure you guys get some sleep okay. Both of you," she said, pointing at us both.

"Ahhhhhg, fine," I said with a groan. She smiled and left me and Felix alone. I returned my attention to him and smiled.

"Where were we?"

You were just about to fuck.
