3rd Person's P.O.V
<< Flashback <<
"Ex-doctor." Mori corrected Atsushi's statement with a shrug of his shoulders. "Right now, I'm just a middle-aged man keeping a small group of people in line."
Hearing that comment, Tsukiyomi let out an exaggerated cough into her right fist as she eyed Mori, who gave said female a sharp look back in return, telling her to keep quiet about his true identity.
"Boy." Mori called out as he glanced back at Atsushi, directing his words to him. "A logical, optimal solution exists in any wartime situation, no matter how difficult the challenge. You must not forget that, especially in times of confusion when you might feel inclined to recklessness."
"Okay." Atsushi nodded his head in understanding.
With that, Mori took hold of Elise's hand before turning around and started walking away. With all these going on about the new enemy, the Guild, going after his organisation, he had many things to do and take care of. Now that one of his men called for him, he had somewhere to be.
However, before he could walk away and be dismissed completely, he was stopped on his fourth step when Tsukiyomi called out to him and asked him to wait. Turning around, he faced Tsukiyomi just as she closed her eyes. A few seconds or so later, blue lights engraved with kanji words appeared on the palm of her right hand and she held out the piece of paper which she created for Mori to take.
"This will disappear in 25 minutes or so. So make sure you read this before it disappears." Tsukiyomi spoke out. Hearing her small demand, Mori's eyes darkened slightly, followed by a smirk on his lips. "Oh? Since when are you ordering me around?" He spoke in a hushed whisper, just loud enough for me to hear only, other than Elise.
"Just read it." Tsukiyomi commanded.
Feeling the fear radiating from the female standing in front of him; Mori's eyes glint from both curiosity and excitement. Knowing the fear of the person standing in front of her, she still held her ground and stayed on her feet. This made him feel happy that she had grown into a fine person in a way.
Letting out an amused laugh, Mori took the paper from her hand and kept it in his coat-pocket. "You have grown, both physically and mentally. Your ability and aura have grown too." Mori commented in a pleased yet cold tone of voice, "I can't wait to actually use my ability like before to kill anyone in my way and take you and the weretiger back eh. We still need you in our organisation you know. You're very helpful. Running from us might be a bad choice."
"Don't come close to me anymore, Mori...-san."
Hearing the formality from her mouth, Mori raised an eyebrow at her before chuckling softly to himself. "Heh... 'san' huh?" He muttered under his breath before turning around with Elise following his actions and took a step forward but stopped before taking another. Turning his head, he glanced at Tsukiyomi, his eyes travelling up and down her figure before pointing at her.
"And I recommend you either change your clothes or make a new one. It's attracting quite a number of people's eyes."
Seeing at Tsukiyomi didn't say or make any move to follow his instruction, Mori hummed out in a bored tone before turning and making his way towards his destination with Elise walking by his side while holding her hand.
