Tsukiyomi's P.O.V

Returning back to the Agency took quite a while as we had to make sure Kenji was unhurt while I too check up on Kyouka, who was still trembling from fear of coming into contact with that man. Reaching the Agency's workplace, Tanizaki opened and pushed the door to the Agency before he held it open for all of us to go in. Dull eyes still darkened like before, I tiredly walk through the door and closed it when I walked in, since I was the last person.

The moment I closed the door behind me as Tanizaki went to stand by his sister, the whole group of us which includes Atsushi, Kyouka, Tanizaki, Naomi, Kenji and I, were surrounded by the all the members of the Agency, except the President, who was nowhere to be seen in the common workplace area.

"Kenji is back..." Kunikida muttered under his breath before walking up towards Kenji and patting him on his shoulder. "Are you alright?" He asked the blond male, who replied back with a 'yes' in a cheery tone.

"Are the rest of you alright?" Kunikida ask a question, in which everyone shook their heads. "That's good." He said before letting out a sigh of relief, his eyes travelling to each and every one of us with a soft gaze.

"I'm glad you all made it back!" The cheery voice from Dazai echoed out in the room as he appeared from behind Kunikida. "I'm glad you're back too, Kenji-kun!"

"Hai!! It's all thanks to them!" Kenji cheerily spoke out as he waved his hands to us, before he turned to us. "Thank you all for rescuing me!" Kenji said before bowing down slightly.

"E-Eh.. It's fine Kenji-san!" Atsushi said as he let go of Kyouka's hand and held his hands in front of him. "We are all colleagues. So we help out each other."

Letting out a gruff from his words which made me remember about what he almost did back at the enemy's dimension, I spoke without thinking about what I wanted to say. "That's you said. But it was the opposite of what you were almost planning to do back at that dimension, Atsushi-kun."

Seeing the surprised and hurt expression on Atsushi's face, I regretted opening my mouth without thinking and shut my mouth immediately as I let out an apology towards Atsushi, apologising for my sudden hurtful words.

"What are you two talking about?" Kunikida cuts in, curiosity lacing his voice.

"It's okay Akira-san. You need not apologise." Atsushi spoke as he hung his head down, eyes staring at the wooden floor. "It's true... those words you just said."

Mouth forming a thin line as I stared at him as he spoke in a guilty tone of voice, no words left my mouth anymore.

"It's the fact. I almost.... No. I was so scared to the point where I was planning to leave you to fight with the enemy yourself."

"Wait... You came in contact with the enemy directly?!" Kunikida cuts in to the conversation yet again as he glanced between Atsushi and I. It was then his eyes widened in a look of realisation when he payed more attention to me.

Pointing at me, he added on a few seconds later. "And what's with the cloak you're wearing? I was sure you didn't have that when you went out this morning."

"Y-Yeah, we did." Tanizaki spoke as he explained to everyone who weren't there about what happened back outside, where Atsushi too helped explain at some parts of the story after Tanizaki was captured and pulled into the black door, but he left out the part where I somewhat critically hurt the enemy, which I do not know why he would leave it out.
