Stress takes a big toll on one, which can cause them to eventually lash out, unbeknownst to anyone of what Caira was going through. Meanwhile, Alex and Clayre were happy to have two new additions to their family, DJ and Caira Marie. DJ named after surrogate father Desmond Rivera, Caira Marie named after Caira, Alex's sister. When going through her relationship with Thor, Caira eventually wondered. Is there a way out of this?

Caira's Point of View.

"WORTHLESS YOU ARE! A PATHETIC EXCUSE FOR A WIFE!"

Thor screamed those words right in my face as he choked me. My neck was bruising up so bad and I felt the oxygen leaving my body. I cried as I struggled, kicking my legs up and down. "Stop! Pl-Please! I-I-!"

After he did his harsh and dirty business, Thor just left me there, feeling used and hurt. I only panted as I held myself, taking deep breaths.

"Mommy?" I looked to find my soon to be 6 year old son, Connor standing there, a scared look on his face.

"C-Connor..." I croaked out, watching as he rushed and hugged me, his head laying underneath my neck. I could only silently cry as I took in his embrace.

"Caira?" I heard Sonya's voice speak. I didn't bother to look at her. "I erm...Y-You're shift ended a few minutes ago."

I only nodded before standing up and grabbing my bag, slinging it over my shoulder. "Hey Cai?" I heard Jill call out. "How about a hang out?" She asked, I only shook my head, walking out the door, leaving them to stare at my figure.

Going home was one of the things I had to deal with. There was Thor, grabbing me by the back of my neck and gripping it. "In the room. Now!" He demanded, I grimaced a bit before slowly obeying his order.
