A normal (school) day in my life starts of with waking up by the ear deafening sound of my alarm.
Beep!

It just doesn't stop. If I don't turn it off in about...5 seconds, Mum will think I'm dead. " Honey! Nicole! Earth to my pretty daughter, Nicole! NICOLE! " she'll say. I really wish I was a night person as night people get deep sleep and I get no sleep. You (reader), must be getting a lot of sleep. You must be really awake. Well, every morning I have to cope with so many things: my really annoying brother,Max, my parents thinking I'm dead, my sister, Eli drying her hair after her shower (in the bathroom closest to my room (she does this just to bother me) ) and finally I have to cope with: my new crush...Tom Hilton. Wait, he is not bad. He is awesome!

He is epic! He lives right across the road. He is new and he is already so popular! I've been in Monaghan Academy for 6 years and I'm not popular!!! But the part I enjoy a lot is when we walk to school together...he is not used to the streets of Toronto. Oh! Also when he brushes his hair with his hand. I wonder if he uses gel. I wonder how good that hair must feel. We like to look around the streets and if we have time...we would take small walks on the shore and go and listen to the street performers. It reminds me of times Hugh and I used to do the same...we would walk down to the beach and get a snack...then we would go to the graveyard ever so often. Hugh's Dad passed away. Got carried away with...Hugh...

Where was I? Or right! My day...well...we get to school, and I do school. And after school I walk back home with Tom and we go our separate ways for the day. If I have any homework, I'm that type of person who will finish all of it on the day it was given. My BFF, Katie, comes over sometimes for help or just to hangout. We both gossip about school (and boys 😉 ) and sometimes if we feel extra happy, we would order Starbucks. I normally order a Vanilla Bean Frappé and Katie likes the Caramel Mocha. Yum!

Then my day ends with Katie going home, eating dinner with my big family and then finally going to my room and reading a nice old book. I am currently reading 'The Fault in our Stars'. Lovely book! If it is not a school day then I would do all of this, but I would go out with my BFFS, actually get Starbucks and just chill. No homework, no Max (he has football) and no Eli (she has ballet). And that's my life...

If I don't turn it off in about...5 seconds, Mum will think I'm dead. " Honey! Hugh! Earth to my handsome son, Hugh! HUGH! " she'll say. Even though I am a night person, I always seem to be tired in the morning. Maybe that's because I finish all my homework on the day it's given. But it happens everyday...anyway. I wake up and pretend my Dad is there to greet me at the dining table...but he never is. My Dad passed away when I was 14. I was Nicole's closest friend back then. She used to always somehow be there to support me...sorry...back to the point.

After eating cereal, I go upstairs and play Xbox with Lucas. Lucas is my loving brother...who am I kidding?! I am not even close to him...I just pretend I am so I can play with his Xbox. I don't understand...when I was 14, I never got an Xbox! How come Lucas has one! Maybe Mum didn't give it to me because I was friends with Nicole back then. Maybe she knew I would get carried away and we would fall apart...well, Xbox or no...we still fell apart. Sorry...again.

After playing Xbox, I go to my room, quickly change and text Eva. Eva is my new crush at Redwood High. She is already popular! I mean...I am too. Duh...ok! I'm not! I just don't get it: I have been in this school for 2 years and she just came this year. How is that possible?! She is the most nicest person I have ever met! Wait. Nicole is the nicest person I have ever met! Ok. Let me change that: Eva is the most nicest person I have ever met (other than Nicole). There we go! I am getting distracted...sorry...for the 3rd time. Eva really understands me. She sees through me. But not as clear as Nicole did...she would know when I feel down even if I look the happiest. Eva can't do that. Nicole could tell when I had something bugging me. Eva can't...OK. THAT IS IT. The more I talk about Eva/girls, the more It reminds me of Nicole.

After texting Eva, I get my empty bag and walk to school. On the weekends, I hang out with my bros, Ethan and Collin. We either play Xbox with Lucas or go play pool at Collin's house. I don't know why he has a pool table in his house when none of his family members can play pool. Wasted money.

WHAT? Fine. If I have nothing to do (which is rare)...OK IT IS NOT RARE...I would...um. I have to confess anyway...I bake or paint with my mum. HEY! What are you laughing for? A man can bake or paint if he want to! I make pretty mean Cookies and a magnificent painting of Mona Lisa. Ok,ya. I can't ever paint Mona Lisa. Everything is easy to paint except her smile...need precision. Which I don't have. Well...I guess this is my life...
