I wake up to the sound of people in this house. Correction, our house. I can't get over the thought that we moved. Braden comes into my room. "Finally, sleeping beauty. Come help us."

I hate when he calls me that! I jump on him and pull him to the ground. He laughs. We wrestle like kids again. After about five minutes we both stand up and walk downstairs without another word.

"Morning Lindsey!" my dad grunts as he helps an unfamiliar man carry our couch inside. My mom stands behind them using hand motions to tell them to keep coming.

"Hi. What can I do to help?" I ask.

"Uh... why don't you go stand out on the deck?" my mom suggests.

"Um... Ok." I say wondering why she wants me to stand on the deck while they all do all the hard work. I pull open the sliding glass door and gasp. Our neighbors have a huge pool! Our yard has many good climbing trees and a garden on the edges. Giant hedges stand in between the neighbors with a pool and my house. Best of all, a full sized, smooth cemented basketball court with two hoops stands right smack in the middle of it all. I am grinning so hard, my face muscles hurt. Suddenly, I look into the pool. I see a high school girl sunbathing in a chair and a boy about my age ducking below the surface of the water.

"So what do you think?" mom asks.

"Amazing!" I say enthusiastically.

"Was the move worth it?" she asks.

"No." I don't hesitate. "It's nice though."

"Yeah."

We both sigh.
