the three boys were halfway through their alien marathon when jaehyun fell asleep on donghyuck's shoulder. donghyuck had the blanket up to his nose, ready to cover his eyes when needed. mark got up to cover jaehyun up, but then decided to take him upstairs to the spare room.

when he returned to the living room, he saw donghyuck with his hands by his mouth, the blanket covering him up to his shoulders. his eyes were glued to the screen as ripley falled to her death, a chestburster out of her chest.

"mark, what the hell just happened," donghyuck wailed, taking a huge drink of his banana milk. mark chuckled, sitting next to his boyfriend, waiting for the next alien to start up. donghyuck swore he wasn't going to watch any of them, but halfway through the first movie, he was caught up with it.

"this next one is stranger, just saying," mark informed, cuddling up against donghyuck. the younger made sure both of them were covered by the blanket before they got settled in and continued to watch. when ripley showed up on the screen, donghyuck nearly lost it.

"what in the world, i th- but she just died," donghyuck rambled, looking at the television in disbelief. mark was laughing a little; donghyuck's reactions had both jaehyun and mark laughing throughout the first two movies.

"mark, i'm confused," donghyuck mumbled, throwing his hands in the air, then rested his head on mark's shoulder. mark's hand rested on donghyuck's knee, reasurring donghyuck. his eyes were locked on the television, but mark's were on donghyuck. the light from the television was the only light in the room, and donghyuck looked so angelic.

"what," donghyuck asked as he looked over at mark, who had a soft smile on his face. the older just shrugged, which caused donghyuck to look back at the screen. mark just decided to watch the movie too, every so often looking at donghyuck because reasons.

"am i really that interesting," donghyuck laughed, turning once again to look at his boyfriend. mark just smiled before he leaned in and gently kissed donghyuck as a way to distract him from the movie.

"yea, you really are," mark laughed once they pulled away, which earned him a slap to the arm. donghyuck just rolled his eyes, and continued on with the movie. mark just sighed and continued to watch it for real this time.
