donghyuck threw his arms up in the air has he walked into mark's house, mark following him. the younger of the two had a starbucks in his hand, and his bookbag slung over the opposite shoulder. mark also had a starbucks, but his bookbag wasn't on him.

"we did it donghyuckie. we are going onto our last year together," mark yelped, pulling donghyuck into a hug. donghyuck smiled into the hug, can't believing he only has one year left of highschool and then he's off on his own. his only wish is that mark would be with him.

"congratulations, hyung," donghyuck mumbled, chin resting on mark's shoulder. mark chuckled, also resting his chin on donghyuck's shoulder. their highschool years have flown by, and they feel like they've known each other forever. but it's only been about five months, and look where they are now.

"crazy how five months can go by so fast," donghyuck said as they pulled away, mark taking a sip of the coffee and nodding his agreement. donghyuck smiled softly, giving mark a kiss on the nose before he went up to put away his bookbag for the summer. when he came back down, he saw mark on the back porch, his starbucks still in his hand.

"babe, are you okay," donghyuck worriedly asked as he approached the pink haired male, back hugging him as if to let mark know he wasn't alone. mark placed his free hand on top of donghyuck's, thumb reassuring donghyuck a little.

"i just can't believe we're seniors now. our four years here have flown by, and i feel like i have known you my entire life," mark explained, somehow intertwining his fingers with donghyuck's. the younger sighed, completely understanding how mark was feeling, because he feels the same way.

mark spun around in donghyuck's embrace, putting his coffee on the table so he can drape his arms over donghyuck's shoulders, intertwining his fingers behind his head. donghyuck still had his arms around mark's waist, although this way was much more comfortable.

"i know we are young, but i seriously mean it when i plan on spending the rest of my life with you, lee donghyuck. we've been together for a short amount of time, but these few months have been some of the best months with you. i love you," mark mumbled the last words as he leaned in and gently kissed donghyuck. the younger's grip tightened just a little, and the emotion both of them felt was intense. the feeling was mutual between them.

mark goes back to before he met donghyuck, and how much of difference the younger male has made in mark's life. all of mark's friends can agree. mark wasn't as talkative and outgoing and happy as he is now. he used to be the complete opposite. but then lee donghyuck comes walking into his life and then mark becomes a brand new person.

and it's literally all because of donghyuck. donghyuck doesn't even have to do anything and mark is one hundred percent happier. when someone mentions donghyuck, mark's face lights up and his whole atmosphere changes. everything just gets so much better.

it's amazing how one person could have this affect on mark. mark never thought anyone could do this to him. but, he has been proven wrong. he is madly in love with donghyuck, and donghyuck is madly in love with mark.
